Fantastic hotel, location and holiday

Please don't take note of any of the bad reviews about this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday, the cleaners were working all day, every day keeping this place in great condition. The food was spectacular, a different choice every night. The facilities were great, we stopped at a different pool everyday and the kids loved it. If we weren't by a pool we were on the beach. I can't praise this place enough. I would recommend for any family.
Very good but you need to know what you are expecting

we've been in the hotel for a week in June. in overall the infrastructure is good, for sure this hotel is for families with kids, however i saw there a lot of teenagers with or without parents. So i guess everyone is able to find there something for themselves. The hotel is based on multiple real estates across few streets - which from our perspective was very good because it was not all combined in one place. hotel contains a lot of pools for kids but in June water in the sea is warmer. and what is most important the beaches of the hotel are the best of it all and we checked the area and we didn't found any better. Food in hotel was average - for sure it was sued for german/english tastes - however i have faced way worse so i am not complaining. the choice was really impressive. pluses: - the beach - kids pools - location - gokard race track near by minuses: - towels available only 10-14 - music on "adult area was so loud that i felt it in the hotel room wall were shaking (just saying if you have a kid that need to sleep during the day - it might be important - however my son was able to fall asleep in such environment) - service staff - especially on reception was not well informed - it was a big mess there with accommodations/booking etc

Drug fuelled rave site NOT FOR FAMILIES

May 20th-30th 2022 We arrived as a party of seven, two small children, two teenagers and three adults. First off the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. Anything you need they will sort it. We had two separate rooms, quite some distance from each other due to one being “easier access” for mobility. The room wasn’t easy access at all and there is limited access for people with reduced mobility. The two rooms differed massively, one was dated, tired with hot humid air conditioning whilst the other was modern with ice cold air conditioning, bizarre really. There are three all inclusive restaurants on the site. The main one is noisy and heaving with a very limited selection of food. If you have a nut allergy, avoid the desert counter. The Cretan tavern is much nicer with a better selection but in the evening you have to have had made a reservation earlier that day. The third is the Asian star restaurant which is spot on if you like Chinese Japanese food. There are plenty of snack bars around the site but watch out some aren’t all inclusive. The village is strange in the sense that it has its own wannabe Ibiza rave stage/pool/lounger area which you have to pay to have access too ( if that’s your thing). The first week we were there non of this was open and it seemed like a family friendly holiday. Towards the end of the month the teens from Germany/Sweden etc flocked in and the place turned into a open air night club. Bouncing music, smells of cannabis stinking the place out, the beach was transformed into a festival area with stage and DJ’s, it was not a nice place to be. The main lobby bar is under staffed, my young son had his feet trodden on by a drunk teenager, it was rowdy and they all just push to the front of the queue. The lobby bar is hot, sweaty with no air conditioning. It was not an enjoyable visit. I also had an interaction with a young male riding round on a quad bike like an idiot, it’s not a safe place. They advertise the place as a “water park” it’s not a water park at all. It has a couple of dated back breaking slides on top of a tower that looks like it’s about to fall down, if you’re visiting for the day, don’t waste your money. The park is open to anyone who wants to visit, it’s a strange set up. If you’re a family with kids that aren’t close to 18… don’t bother with this place. The management/owners clearly prioritise dirty drug fuelled raves than family holidays (must be worth more to the pocket for them….) which is a shame as the location and views are lovely. Would not recommend for families and will not visit here again.
