Affordable, lovely gem in convenient location

This hotel is a little out of the way but that also means it’s quiet. It’s about 10-20 mins from everything in West County. It’s very clean, quiet and has nice amenities, especially for the price. I would have given 5 stars but the treadmill wasn’t working. There were other options in the fitness center and I was still able to get a work out in. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. I also didn’t eat breakfast but it smelled wonderful and seemed to offer nice choices. I would definitely stay here again!

needs some work....not what i would expect in chesterfield

The screen on the window was hanging off which let many many bugs inside the room. The bathroom was very dated and had a lot of rust and over-caulking. The overflow hole in the sink was full of mold and gunk! Beds were SUPER low to the ground and very soft and bouncy. Pillows were super flat. Exact same breakfast was served every morning we were there.

Good experience, room sleep quality was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good, some not so good, but over all not bad. There is room for improvement, coffee machine had good flavored coffee. Only downside was price was high for this chain, we have stayed at nicer hotels for less monies.

My brother chose this hotel for our weekend stay. We had 3 rooms and no complaints. The front desk employees were all friendly. There is plenty of seating in the lobby with a popcorn popper and drink dispensers with lemonade and the other with water infused with lemons. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good and well stocked. There is an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. It's close to shopping and plenty of restaurants near. We will definitely stay again.

First off I have to say that Allen the front desk person was awesome! I was coming from 2hrs away and called to see if there was anyway I could get an early check in so I could get my day started I called and ask he said how far away are you I said about 2 hours he said well I guess I'll see you in 2 hours then.. It just got better from there. He was hands down the most professional and courteous front desk person I have encountered and I stay in a lot of places. We stayed for 2.faynin the Jacuzzi suit, the room was amazing, the hotel was perfect. Housekeeping did a great job, I can't think of anything to complain about. They have a great snack store where everything is like $1, perfect for midnight munchies. The hotel was a 10, Alen made it an 11!
