An original boutique experience with some flaws. My girlfriend and I booked this place as recommended by my dad and I first I was a bit bummed on how old it looked. But on the inside it was quite nice, with a spacious interior and nice balcony with kitchen. The food at breakfast was also quite good, with my girlfriend mentioning the authentic food options. Some downsides included the shower, which the water pressure was low and the temperature was not consistent. Also, water leaked all over the place, which wasn't too bad but I felt bad for the housekeeping. Also, some staff around the hotel were nice but at check in, a nice reception lady was very polite but didn't tell us about the travel together program, minibar options or how to contact her, bed type before going to our room. However, after those complaints overall it was a good stay and hope to see a renovation some day in the future!

the hotel is from the outside boring, but the interior is a surprise - kind of colonial style with half stairs up and down; it's located close to an area with restaurants and pubs (not so close to the old town though) and it's close to the airport, which unfortunately means lots of noise due to the busy air traffic

I can't thank the staff at this hotel enough! They went above and beyond. AP and Puchong (as well as all of the staff I met) were amazing, kind, and attentive. The room was spotless and the bathtub in the suite was the biggest one I've ever been in. The hotel is right on the river so my husband and I had the opportunity to go for a walk up and down the river in the evening and that was magical. The colors, the decor, and the personnel are all excellent. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the Riverside venue was such a treat!

Character Boutque style with a few downsides

Very good value for 59AUD with a mainly vast Asian syle breakfast. Character filled old style reception and dining areas, but during my one night stay, the sewerage smell in these areas was overwhelming with floor fans on to move the smell. Room, quaint and clean and comfortable. Noise carried from the corridors and this hotel is on the flight path - take off. WIFI in my room #102 very difficult but good in the reception area. NOTE: Lift available but only in between the 5 floors of rooms - so you will need to lug your suitcases up or down stairs. Not a place for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems.

Tired of hotels that could be anywhere in the world. This is what your looking for in Chaing Mai. A truly unique experience, comfortable and lovely room with a great breakfast. We were here for business and has a two bedroom, one bath, kitchen unit. Charming
