Recentemente, estivemos hospedados por 10 dias no Comfort Inn de Chilliwack, BC. O hotel surpreendeu positivamente a mim e minha família. Fomos muito bem atendidos, em todos os sentidos. As acomodações são simples porém bem confortáveis; e o café da manhã (colonial e incluso na diária) em nada deixou a desejar.
O único ponto desfavorável é o fato de eles não aceitarem cancelamento prévio da reserva sem o devido pagamento da(s) diária(s) contratadas. Mesmo assim, acho, vale a pena conferir!!!!

When we arrived, we were told our pet friendly room was not available. The desk clerk said we had been phoned that morning. We were already on the road!! We has prepaid. The printed reservation had pet friendly room. We were told nothing could be done. It was our fault. Finally we were given a room that had no air conditioning. No refund. No apology. It was our fault. Great customer service!!

While it was busy when we checked in, the front desk clerk was professional and helpful. The property was clean, and the room was large and spotless. Ricky's restaurant next door was convenient and good. A nice place to stay. We will stay here again.
Not So Pet Friendly Hotel! - PSA

Booked into a "pet friendly" hotel, not so much. Called in to book a room for one night, advised we had 2 adults and one small dog, was advised a rate over phone of $149 plus tax. Checked in with small dog in plain view and sight of booking in agent, rate of $149 was reviewed with checking in agent as well as was advised $100 refundable deposit - all agreed to. Stayed and left next morning. Dog was crated entire time while in room, dog crate in plain view of checking agent too. A few hours after check out, received a further invoice for $200 additional over the $149 booking rate that was already put through on my credit card stating we stayed in a "non-pet friendly" room. total amount for room now was $349 plus tax - not agreed to. When I called in, the manager was not very polite siting that I "signed into a not pet friendly room". Manager advised that I would need to speak to general manage who was on holidays. After many follow up emails, and phone messages and a month later, I was finally called back by a front desk agent stating "message from manger, they will not be returning the $200.
After all the "world" has been through over the last year and half, after travel restrictions finally being lifted and some tourism allowed to resume, this was the thanks we were met with...will never deal with this hotel again!
VERY clean. Great location.

Just off the highway. Needed a place that catered to pets as well and they suited our needs very well. Clean and quiet. A few amenities in the general area or delivery is easy.. Small fridge in room, coffee to go and a few minutes to get back on the road and going again. Once Covid resolves itself it should be even better.
