They looked after us incredibly well after we were let down by our travel provider. They were great on the phone and at check in. Came to check on us a bit later and allowed us to stay past checkout time for a few hours before our travel pick up.

This Motel is not 5 star but it is a home away from home,it is very clean and tidy,very friendly operators that will do everything to make ones visit as stress free as possible.As we were attending Hospital appointments the stress and worry is up anyway but they were quite happy to provide transport to our first appointment so that we knew where to go.A good Motel to stay at,has a bus stop outside the gate,which was great to travel on with the Gold Card,Thanks to the operators,we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time we stayed here. We found the experience very relaxing and the hosts extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to please us and succeeded in doing so. The room we had was perfect for us. The motel itself is probably a bit dated but nonetheless, comfortable, clean and tidy. The rooms are a good size and contain all that is necessary for a long or short stay. I believe there is a pool although we didn't use it. Outside the gate there is a bus stop for your convenience and a Z petrol station right next door. Plenty of eateries in walking distance. If you want a comfortable stay with very good hosts this is the place for you. Thank you so much to our hosts for all they did for us.

Had a 2 Bedroom unit and were very impressed. Very spacious for our family of 4. Warm, quiet, comfy beds and great shower. Heaps of car parking. Priced fairly. Walking distance to AMI Stadium, friendly hosts. We will definitely be back.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit for 2 nights, coming from Greymouth through Arthurs Pass and then heading back to Picton to catch the ferry. The Owners of the Motel were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lot of laundry to do and were going to go to a Laundromat but they insisted on using their facilities, which were great. Couldn't speak highly enough of this Motel. It is very clean and tidy and warm and very handy to everything. Easy to get around the city from here. Highly recommend this Motel to anyone wanting to stay in Christchurch.
