Our decision to book here one night was based on a combination of low price and previous stays at other Wyndhams. We soon found out that quality at one does not mean quality at all of them . After booking I continued to read reviews worried I may have made a bad decision, but it was only for one night. Thank goodness for that. We arrived to an area outside the lobby that didn't exactly look pristine. Inside, a note at the front desk advising of a no exceptions cash deposit required of customers was a pretty good tipoff of the type of clientelle they must have been used to dealing with. I booked on a travel site and apparently I was an exception. We were placed on the second floor in a room directly across from the stairwell. This gave us the priveledge of having a bright light outside the window all night. The room was musty and smelly. The shower was filthy. It appeared that the cleaning crew came in with some sort of spray bottle, sprayed foamy stuff here and there on the walls....then forgot to wipe it down. it looked like dried up soap splats with hair here and there. Needless to say my typically bath at night was skipped. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Some plusses were that the front desk clerk was very friendly, the air worked well and there were no disturbances outside. A breakfast was offered but after seeing the cleanliness efforts made in the room we decided to seek out our morning meal elsewhere. No effort was made to open the pool so don't expect a swim if visiting anytime in 2022..

Reserved room for July 5. Arrived in town about 5:00. Checked in and received key to room. Opened room and was met by a damp moldy smell. Room was very dirty. Water was on the bathroom floor. Picked up phone to call office to report the water. Phone had no connection cord. Walked to office. Was given another room. Was met by the same damp moldy odor. Water again all over bathroom floor. We cancelled reservation and left. We do not think either room was cleaned at all. Stay at your own risk.

There was a note on the front door advising the pool was under maintenance too. The pool had not been uncovered all year. The black mold was ALL over the bathroom. We could not even use the bathroom. I am not sure who the manager was because their name was not listed on the wall. We are not sure what the other rooms' conditions were, but we would NOT recommend this facility at this time. It should be reported for the disrepair and lack of cleanliness. This is a health threat and black mold is VERY dangerous to anyone who touches it or breaths it in.

Super easy check in as I booked online. Not knowing it was CMA music fest that weekend, glad I did! Ms. Kimberly at the front desk was an absolute pleasure speaking with. The couple in front of me was extremely rude and ugly to her, but she took it with a grain of salt and handled my check in with a smile. Got into our room and it was amazing. King room with a massive bathroom! Only downside is there's no light close to the shower, but that's not big deal. The room had a separate shower/tub and the tub was enormous. The bed and pillows were comfy. Slept like a dream. Didn't hear any noisy neighbors. We had lots of space in the room with the couch and desk! Location was great! Close to the mall and restaurants. Right off the interstate. Forgot breakfast was offered, so can't comment on that. Check out at 11 instead of the normal 10 at a lot of places was a plus!! Pool us currently closed for renovation. All in all, will book here again. Kimberly was just as fun at check out as she was check in!!

So much work to be done. Baymont should be embarrassed to have their name on the sign. Opened soap left in the shower. Lotion and shampoo left half empty from previous guest and just plain dirty. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center are “closed for maintenance “. It is obvious they will never be open but this way the hotel can still list them as amenities. The ownership should be embarrassed.
