Poorly staffed and poorly managed

Charged 625 dollars per night gouging for football fans then don’t provide maid service nor clean towels. Pass this one up for any no tell motel for better service. Will not get taken advantage of again by this hotel.

At many hotels a breakfast especially on a Sunday never starts on time 6:am. We were glad this was ready when we arrived about 5:58 and the breakfast was great. Very clean and wonderful HVAC. Good bed and nice quality pillows

Second time staying at this location with family. Very friendly, nice and helpful staff!! Quiet rooms, clean with fresh sheets and good hot breakfast. Texas shaped waffles are always a big hit. Will stay again for sure! Thanks!!

We stayed here 1 night while we were visiting Santa’s Wonderland. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. This hotel was a great value and we would definitely stay here again.

Not the best Hampton I've been in

Room door latch faulty made entry difficult...nearly impossible. This was a problem with the latch/lock not the room card reader. Toilet seat loose. Bathroom light fixture buzzed loudly and had dirt or dead bugs inside its lens.
