very clean and comfortable room, check in okay

The evening check in Manager was a bit intense but other staff were very nice and easy going. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stay here often and the hotel is well cared for and pleasant but on this past visit a few days ago, the room temperature was awful. We tried another hotel on Wolf Rd recently just to compare and there is no comparison. We would not stay at any other hotel on Wolf Rd.

Check in agent was atrocious I was provided only sheets for the pullout bed the pet fee is not accurately stated the website and app state $50 but the property charges you $75 unacceptable. The breakfast was good but staff at check in was rude and physically denied my husband access to the elevators

Always , clean and the staf is always helpful, , I will always recommend this hotel , it’s always located in a quiet surroundings, we never find nothing to ever not satisfied us , we just all and all love everything about this hotel anytime we travel , any state or town

Hair in the bed from animals kinda gross, I didn’t realize it was pet friendly so I guess my fault but ya the room had animal hair so that was a turn off, other then that it was alright j guess nothing to special

If you book a king room you will get a small queen if your lucky. Your bathroom is so small when you open the bathroom door it will hit the toilet. Shower floor was disgusting and there was glass all over the floor in the lobby on Christmas Day! The person working at the desk sat on the phone talking to what sounded like a friend for 5-10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Get it together!
