Bom hotel, próximo a um mall, com boas instalações e com muitos aptos. A recepção e bem pequena e quando cheguei fiquei um bom tempo aguardando para ser atendida. O quarto eh bem amplo e confortável . Os funcionários são atenciosos. Tem uma piscina coberta e estacionamento . Não inclui café embora tenha restaurante.

Hotel was good. Staff was friendly and prices were affordable. Will definitely come back if I come to the the baltimore area again. There’s a lot of things to do nearby which I loved. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was exactly what we needed. All of the staff, especially Vicky were fantastic. We had requested adjoining rooms and Vicky took care of our request and remember us, by name, at check in. The location is close to most anything you would need.

...well, that's not quite true, I'm a cheapskate, so a free breakfast would have been welcome :-D Room very clean, excellent showerhead, good mattress, VERY quiet (which surprised me, as there seemed to be families about,) extremely polite staff, decent in room coffee maker & no trouble getting more coffee. I'm frankly surprised at recent negative reviews.

Not a business friendly hotel

Dated hotel with bad infrastructure. Rooms only marginally better. Supposed to be a business hotel. Hotel nearly empty and they put 10 high schoolers per room next to me and down the hall. After calling the front desk nothing was done. No offer to move. Kids banging on doors all night long until 6a when I checked out. No one at the front desk; but manager doing something in the lobby they told me to drop key and they would email a receipt...still no receipt.
