Ótimo hotel, num bom custo beneficio. O café da manhã é "ok". Como tenho direito a café cortesia, não tive maiores problemas, mas não vale o que cobram para quem tem que pagar por isso. A piscina e a jacuzzi são ótimas, com tratamento da água com sal ao invés de cloro. Ambiente dessa área super agradável. O fitness center também é muito bom. Quartos amplos e confortáveis.

The room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. They did offer breakfast for a price but there was only one person working taking and delivering orders on Ohio State graduation weekend. I would think they need to staff up on grad and football game weekends. Other than that, all was good!

This hotel took great care of me. My husband was in hospital for a week and I use a wheelchair. Every day they made sure I got to my car so I could get to the hospital. Their service, breakfast, staff were all top of the line!! 5 stars! Wish it could be more!!!!

Good stay here in hotel row at Ohio State. Lots parking. Updated rooms with full amenities. Very nice, attentive staff. Restaurants close by....Roosters-good sports bar, El Valquero-mexican, Sonic-fast food: all within walking distance. Nice restaurant and bar area in HGI also.

This was a family trip, my husband, son, granddaughter and daughter. We all felt completely welcomed and our needs were anticipated and met by a very amicable and professional staff. THIS is what a hotel stay should be!! Clean, comfortable rooms with an ada bathroom that was huge and sparkling clean!
