Great for a family stay.

Stayed with my family (we have two kids) and enjoyed the stay. Good atmosphere, friendly Staff and a nice hotel worth every penny. Breakfast included in the price. We ate all meals at the site and the evening view is great. Maria and her colleagues did everything in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect for some lazy days by the pool. We will come back.

We have been to Competa many times and used their pool. This year we decided to stay in one of the bungalows. We were not disappointed! Very spacious, excellent air con and right near to pool. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. The food was also amazing too. From the beautiful breakfasts to the delicious evening meals. We will definitely been returning next year.

We stayed opposite this hotel but used the hotel daily for swimming, drinks & meals. All staff are wonderful- Maria & her husband Louis (the chef) were always so attentive to their guests. The balcony was an excellent place serving tapas meals at lunch time. For dinner we watched the flamenco show on the Friday night. On the Saturday we had a bbq dinner. The meal platter for 2 was HUGE. The swimming pool was a great facility. The sun lounges & shades were a welcome relief from the hot sun.

We were staying in a villa nearby and rather than cook on a Saturday night, we headed into town for a meal. The restaurant at this hotel was a real find, the view from the terrace is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful and best of all the food was really good! Saturday night was bbq night and we shared a bbq platter for 2. It was very good value but don't order it unless you are hungry as it includes chicken, beef, pork, lamb and 2 types of sausages. Oh, and it comes with sides of coleslaw, corn on the cob a d baked potato! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and we will definitely return.

Great trip for a few days away in Hotel Balcon De Competa Fab hospitality, Great food & Service from all Great local walks in the country side with route help from the staff Lazy days spent by the pool Great views from the terrace bar also you can have breakfast while sitting out in the morning Fab continental breakfast with lots of options plus cooked if you want Will be revisiting soon
