Came for the entertainment, not the Food

I have come to the hotel for prior functions in past (with no major issues). This time I came with friends to checkout the outdoor entertainment and have what we hoped was a enjoyable evening. The guitar player/singer was the highlight.
Now, heres the rest, the outdoor patio is straight through the main entrance to the back and is nicely setup with tables, firepits, flowers and water feature. The staff was minimal and inattentive and there was no servers. There was poor communication about what and how food was being served that evening. There was a bar with wine (house wine Woodbridge $9 a glass) and bottled beers (around $7). Plus, some other various liquors.
The bartender looked bored and none of limited staff was smiling or personable. They setup a portable cooking station and were cooking vegetables (NO Meat available) in oil and soy sauce with a choice of ginger and garlic added in. Then the food was put on top of rice in a takeout container (like those used at Asian restaurants). There were chopsticks & plastic forks, but no plates. The vegetables were cooked ok but with no real taste otherwise and no additional sauce to put on them. For $9 a fun idea could of been organized better.
There was also a party that was given the wrong credit card slip to sign then refused a receipt. There was a older man in the corner with arms crossed the whole evening (who might of been a manager) but he didn't seem to interact with anyone but staff.
FYI to the Marriott, I've stayed at many of your properties globally and enjoy Bonvoy benefits. This was a lost opportunity especially since you have a decent patio setup. I just was at a Boston Marriott property the prior weekend and the factility,service and staff were spot on.

Stayed here Saturday July 10th. Wifi was down our whole stay which was aggravating because I needed internet access for work. Also our TV was broken, the cable was in and out the whole time. Our neighbors were loud, and inconsiderate as well.
I usually stay with Marriot and never have issues, however this stay was extremely poor.
Too Many Problems

We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding. When we arrived, the iron was not working, the ironing board cover was dirty and the ironing board would not stand on its own. I asked for a new iron and was told she would see what she could do. Waited an hour and still no iron. Asked again and was told that she was working on it. Went to rehearsal dinner and returned to the same ironing board and iron. The next day we asked for an ironing board and iron. Went out for the day and returned to get ready for wedding. Still no iron and the room had not been cleaned. Asked the desk if they we could get our room cleaned and the response was “did you request housekeeping?” Actually I was requesting it right then. But, since when do you have to request daily housekeeping ?
The room itself needs some attention. The sheet was stained. The tub coating is separating from the tub and moves when you stand on it. The service was poor and staff were not responsive to requests. I’m a titanium member, but was given a room on first floor (my profile states my preference for a high floor room). I used two 35,000 VISA certificates for two complimentary nights. The hotel removed points from my account without my authorization and charged my credit card without my authorization. Now, it is up to me to spend time resolving this. There are many other choices in Concord. They have to be better than this.
Worst stay/Unprofessional Staff & Harmful Environment

I was injured on their booth in Bistro & not 1 employee cared even when they saw the blood; Had to switch rooms due to 2 Air Vent leaks, tub drain issues, etc,; staff member (Stacie) is definitely the true reason this place stays open because her beautiful personality & passion for her job is noticeable with how she makes the customers feel - ALL the other employees, including Manager, Maggie, are worthless and snobby!
Oh, I left @ 3:30am on Sunday 9/29/19 & waited 15 min for someone @ front desk to check me (i screamed, rang doorbell numerous times & finally I was forced to leave a note with my room keys - It is Day 4 of leaving, and I still have NOT received my Hold Deposit back, gotten a receipt or even copy of Incident Report.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely inconsiderate management/ownership and ill designed property. 1:00 in the morning outdoor bar 20 feet from our window with no less 80 people yelling. They should not book rooms next to this makeshift outdoor bar. Worst hotel stay of my life. There are many options in Concord. Stay away from this property.
