O Holliday Inn de kannapolis tem boas instalações, piscina e o pessoal do front desk são bem atenciosos. Tem business room com computador e impressora o que é útil numa viagem de negócios. Café da manhã com o padrão da rede IHG, com boas opções ao estilo americano. O hotel tem um serviço de café de cortesia 24 horas.
Quarto bem espaçoso com duas camas de casal, frigobar, microondas e cafeteria e a exaustão do banheiro é perfeita.
Tem a facilidade do check out express na saída.

Great hotel for what it was worth.Breakfast was grab and go due to covid. The room was clean except for a few spots on the carpet and pillow case had a spot on it.Walking distance to Sam's club, Walmart, and restaurants which was a plus
No tables, no coffee, no juice, no customer service. Come back after Covid...

Let me start by saying that the front desk staff was awesome. Courteous, efficient, and on point with their service. It was all downhill from there. The "breakfast area had all the tables and chairs pushed up against the wall, so they could not be used. The coffee machine was gone, the cooler with cold drinks (for purchase) was empty, the ice machine unplugged, the pool was closed, the workout room was closed....ALL IN THE NAME OF COVID. To top it off the person "serving" breakfast had not one, but two electronic devices occupying her time, and interrupting her resulted in the rolling of her eyes. No, "can I help you, please, or anything that resembled customer service. She'd slowly get up and say, "What you want?" To which we had to ask what the options were. No juice (juice must cause Covid), self serve coffee was available, so why not during the day and in the evening? The one table that was too large to push against the wall was kept dirty so nobody would want to use it. Sharing an elevator with another guests, I commented on how rude the attendant was. The other guest laughed and said, "Ha! She's in a good mood today, you should have been here yesterday!" I also greeted the cleaning lady with a "Good morning" only to be me with a glare. I stayed 2 nights for business, but would have switched if it was an option. Using Covid as an excuse to cut your services is abhorrent. Other hotels in Charlotte are offering all amenities, but with caution. The place is a joke, and I will NEVER come back. NEVER!

The staff was nice. The 2 queen suite is a good size room. Now for the not so wonderful.... we had a light out in our bathroom. There was a musty smell in the room when we arrived but the sheets felt dry and it improved after adjusting the ac. A light switch was askew. Our deadbolt didn't line up which made it useless for security. The shower never stopped entirely when water was running like when trying to fill the bathtub (plunger stuck).The room was not sound proof, could hear voices in both the parking lot and the hallway). The bed was squeeky. There were no bowls at breakfast. The elevator certificate showed no inspection in 2019. Was it not needed or not done? If not needed, I'd take down the cert so as not to look delinquent to customers. I would try this hotel again due to proximity to family.

This hotel was a perfect place to block rooms for wedding at Lady Bird Farm in Rockwell. Roslind handled the block and reservations perfectly - always pleasant and accommodating even though I called her a million times to make changes. The entire staff was fantastic. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms are updated,stylish and comfortable. Handicapped room with wheel-in shower worked perfectly for my 85 yr father. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We drove down from NJ in our motorhome but wanted to stay at hotel with all the other wedding guest. We were able to park the motorhome in the Sams Club parking lot conveniently located out the side door of the hotel during our 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely return.
