Quarto amplo, com 2 cômodos, um com 2 camas king size, outro com mesa para 4 pessoas, sofá, poltrona e eletrodomésticos: geladeira, máquina de lavar pratos, microondas, fogão. Há ainda armários contendo panelas e louças e talheres para 4 pessoas. Em outras palvaras, se preferir comer em casa, o hotel oferece toda a infra-estrutura. Além disso, em alguns dias da semana, oferece o "social evening", em que se serve algum prato fast food, acompanhado de bebida, for free. O serviço é ótimo. Deixamos o hotel por alguns dias e pudemos deixar parte de nossas em uma sala reservada, o que não é típico em hotéis americanos. A localização é excelente, próximo ao shopping Concord Mills e ao Charlotte Motor Speedway. A relação custo/benefício é excelente.

Had a great time. Greg at the front desk gave awesome customer service. He made sure my family and I were taken good care of. He went over and above to ensure my kids were able to swim. I will stay here again.

The place is horrible! I would give it zero stars. I was given a room at the backside of the hotel and was instructed to drive around and use the back door. At the entrance was overflowing trash and soon as I stepped into the hall I was met with scuffed-up walls and dirty carpet and a pile of dirty towels laying in the hallway YUCK!. Beware of the elevator as well! Once I got to the room same dirty carpet but the king bed sheets seemed to be cleaned and the toilet was clean enough. My son and I had an event to attend so I thought well this could be a sleep-in-my-clothes kind of night and out early in the morning. So we dropped our luggage and left to attend an event. Upon our return 2 hours later to the same pile of trash etc in the hallways. I decided to make up the pull-out couch for my son. I kid you not I almost passed out from what I saw. The mattress was so NASTY they surely will need to call a hazmat team to get it out. It is late and we are both exhausted so I call the front desk and explain the situation and was told they cannot exchange the mattress. Say What?? Did I mention that I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member er so I travel quite a bit and never in my life...As a matter of fact, we were just in a Residence Inn in Raleigh the previous weekend and it was the opposite of this one. So I tell the young lady that I need to check out and was on my way to the lobby. I get down in the lobby and she tells me she doesn't even know how to check me out. Unreal. One hour later I was finally checked out after she needed to make several calls. I was able to witness many customers complain about the cleanliness of their rooms etc. Disturbing... Obviously, I am a Marriott fan and stay at various properties throughout the country but this place needs a complete audit by Marriott. Consider yourself warned.

We have stayed at this Residence Inn in the past and have never had any issues. However, this time it was terrible. The hotel had a pipe burst on Dec 24 and the management did not handle the ensuing issues very well. The only communication with guests was when we complained. Depending on where your room was, you may not have hot water in the mornings because the burst pipe caused issues with the hot water heaters. The kitchen lost a refrigerator when the pipe burst and that was the excuse for all of the breakfast issues - not enough food, no juices, attitude from worker, etc. We had two rooms during our 5 night stay and only one room was cleaned during our stay despite our requesting the 2nd room to be cleaned. I understand the pipe bursting caused issues outside of their control but how management responds to the issues means everything. The response in this case was terrible.

Just okay with some major issues

I stayed here for a week and it was just an okay experience. I booked two double beds online and when I arrived I was told they only had one king bed rooms available. I was offered a room at the Courtyard next door which I declined since I was staying with co-workers. I didn't have any complaints about the room itself, it was clean and met all of my needs. The breakfast was awful, I just ended up going out every morning. The worst part was the common areas. One of the stairwells had a used hypodermic needle in the windowsill for 2 days. There was also dog feces which set on the stairwell carpet inside the exterior door for 3 days. Someone finally wrote a note and set it down beside it before it was eventually cleaned up. I'd stay here again in a pinch but it wouldn't be my first choice.
