Hotel bom, usaria novamente

Passei apenas uma noite no hotel. Ele não tem nada que se destaque, porém nada que o denigra. Todo final de tarde são oferecidos cookies aos hóspedes, o que foi uma coisa legal pois cheguei com fome para meu check-in. O caf e da manhã incluso tem várias opções, tanto de comidas quentes quanto frias.

The towels did not smell clean. Even when they gave me more that were still warm from the dryer. Might just be they use an unscented detergent but I prefer bleach. I suspect the sheets were not changed because there were short, dark hairs in them. I have long, blonde hair so they weren’t mine. The room also smelled musty. The shower was wheelchair accessible, which I didn’t need, and the shower floor was flush with the bathroom floor so it flooded the bathroom each time but I guess that can’t be helped. There’s a drain in both the shower and bathroom but the floor was still super wet so I had to use towels to try and soak it up. Staff was very friendly and air was good and cold in the room so that was great.

Customer service is awful when I came to the front desk to check into my room there was no one there

How do I 15 minutes for someone to come check me into my room for the front desk no one was there I hear you talking but nobody came and then she told me that my card was declined when it was not declined and so I had to go to ATM to get cash I know my husband already paid for that room Rooms are old dirty isn’t a bad location no great view for the highway at all Conroe Hampton Inn sucks

Quick stay for a concert

Stayed here while in town for a concert in woodlands area. Also so it was close to a friend that lives in Conroe. Check in was easy and quick. Great parking. Great location to some close restaurants. The staff was great! Breakfast was good. Easy check out as well since I have the Hilton app. Room was clean.

Stayed here for two nights for a business trip. The room was clean but the carpet had a somewhat sticky feeling I believe may have been from the sanitizing. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable for the price paid. Only complaint was the free breakfast but then again it was free. Most of the stuff was empty the first day. Staff member working the buffet wasn’t very helpful to the people I heard talk to her. I didn’t even bother going down the second morning. All in all I’d still stay here again.
