Desde o check in, com o recebimento de uma cesta de itens de presente, até o check out, muito atenciosos, todos os atendentes, não faltou nada em nenhum momento. E recomendo com certeza para outras pessoas, e con certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Iowa City/Coralville Gem

If you are staying in the Iowa City area, I can't imagine a better place to stay. Great location, great staff, incredible rooms, reasonably priced. We had a family reunion to celebrate the life of a recently deceased relative. The lobby and breakfast room areas were perfect gathering places for our group. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very poor signage and worse parking. Traveling from Michigan to Colorado. Followed gps but had to scout area to find.

Couldn’t find site due to very congested area and very poor signage. After traveling 7 hours and at checkin learned parking was at least a quarter mile away. Being 70 years old and below zero weather with wind chill advisory it was quite a challenge. Just looked at my receipt and they even charge me $5 for parking. There was no warning for this charge. Used points to offset and was quoted $58 balance but final charge was $72. Accommodations we’re acceptable.

While the room is nice, I find the location of this hotel horrendous as a traveler simply stopping off the highway. This hotel is located in a busy shopping center. There is no onsite parking, but rather a shared garage out back a good distance away, at least compared to most hotels along the highway. There is a drop off zone, but it was so crowded I had to circle the building multiple times before I could get in. I always book rooms in advance on road trips as I fear finding everything booked solid when I want to stop, but this time that policy got me. On seeing the location and struggling to check it, I decided to try call and try to cancel. But the desk clerk would not allow it. So stuck I was. Even then, the room left much to be desired. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The tv was poorly positioned such that you looked at it on an extreme angle rather in bed or on the couch. Perhaps this isn’t too bad a place for those whom Iowa City is their destination and you will be staying multiple days. But if you simply are stopping for a break from driving along I-80, you are best served elsewhere.

What a great property in a great location. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable king bed and large sitting area. The area included several restaurants and a comfortable, safe place to walk. The hotel has ample parking and lovely decor which looks brand new, even though it was built ten years ago.
