A late check-in was required due to unacceptable living conditions at a nearby State Park cabin. We arrived tired and stressed out. The front clerk was very helpful and able to get us a room (the last one available). The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room as expected. The bed super comfy which I greatly apprecated since I had a back ache form the bed at the one night stay at the State Park cabin. The price was great and lower than many other Hampton Inns. As a Diamond Hilton Member I have stayed at many Hampton Inn and this was one of the nicest I have experinced. Do yourslef a favor and use this Hotel if you want to visit the nearby PARK and FALLS.

Our family of 4 stayed overnight in this hotel on our way to Gatlinburg. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with many choices. Coffee bar was stocked and available day and night. The outdoor pool area is nice and the pool water was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! The staff was very kind and helpful. As a Hilton Diamond member you’re greeted with a snack and drink upon arrival!

Hampton inn is going downhill

I achieved Diamond status by spending money. This is a hotel I will choose not to spend anymore at. The reason it is a 2 star review is because one of my rooms smelled like they made an adult film in it and tried to cover it up with cheap perfume. The other room just smelled like cheap perfume. As a Diamond member I do actually expect my room requests to be honored. Especially when I make reservations 2 months out and call and confirm.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. They have a digital key system that is very easy and convenient to use. The room has ample USB pores. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The free breakfast is tasty with a lot of variety. Personnel are the hotel are friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea is is available 24/7, although it would be nice if they has a selection of non-caffeinated herbal teas. The pol was closed, obviously since it is out of season, But it would be nice if they kept it serviced. It wasn’t particularly pleasant to look out my window at a green pool. Definitely my first choice when visiting Corbin.

On our second night on our trip home from Florida my husband and I stopped here for the night. This room was so nice! Very clean updated beautiful room. I like the fact that they had cloth shades on the window that you could pull down that would be room darkening. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was very large really nice large shower. My only complaint is that we are not real early risers and that at 7:30 in the morning you could hear everyone’s doors closing going to breakfast. The doors all have the hinge doors that shut loudly and tightly. But that all being said I definitely would recommend staying here and I would stay here again. My husband and I always travel with a little fan to help cover noises so that did help some. The staff here were very friendly and very accommodating. From the minute I made the phone call to schedule I heard a voice on the other end was so friendly and made you feel very welcomed.
