Staff was amazing. Very helpful and always had a smile. Rooms were spacious & the bed was comfy. WILL FOR SURE BE BACK. Front desk Lady checking in never stopped smiling and helped us with all our questions.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had a large group traveling for a tournament and we needed 60+ rooms plus meeting space. They went out of their way to make sure we had enough rooms and spaces for our players to meet and eat together.

The place smelled like mold. The elevator was broke, and we were on the fourth floor. The first room the put us in, the heater didn't work and I don't normally mind that but it was 52 degrees outside. So we had to change rooms at 11:00pm. We were traveling with our daughters volleyball team from North Louisiana or we would have gone elsewhere. The breakfast was non-existent, even though we confirmed with the front desk that breakfast was provided. We had to go the Waffle House across the parking lot and get 17 waffles/breakfast to feed the team. The only good point was it was near the location where our girls were playing volleyball.

I have never written a review but this room needs it. The only thing positive about this hotel is it’s location. Our room was on the first floor, the couch was old and worn, the bath tub did not drain, towels had stains. But the worst thing was the smell that hit you in the face when you opened the room door. This hotel has some serious mold/mildew problems. We didn’t arrive until 12:30 after traveling all day and were out again early the next morning. That’s the only reason we stayed. I can’t imagine spending more than 12 hrs in that room. I can’t comment on breakfast because we didn’t even want to stay long enough to check it out.

There are too many problems to list. So many, in fact, that they gave us 50% off our bill, which paid for the foam mattress we had to buy just to make our bed sleepable. Traveler beware, you'll definitely be happier somewhere else.
