We arrived due to the passing of a family member & did work for our Non-Profit Ministry while there. Breakfast was made fresh daily by Sharon, Angela, & Anne, Thanks to Spencer for his help with Water Machine, Michael, Toya, Amy, Zee, Beverly, Drea, & Kimberly were priceless. Housekeeping helped us sooo much Robin, Mr. Tony, Sharon, Candy, Sheila, Tasha, Joyce, Yolanda & we tipped them often. Hotel was clean & staff extremely friendly, the only problem we had was we could not use of IRS/Federal Tax ID Non-Profit paperwork. The Management of this hotel was no help, but all other staff were Amazing!! We are sure going above heads will fix this, but I do like when our problems are solved while at the Hotel! We wrote this review because we do not want to punish the staff with a bad review because of the (fill in the blank) of the GM & Director of Sales. Please note: prices change daily, several days we were charged 25% + more for the same night stay & we were on the Bereavement Rate!

Had to stay in Atlanta for a funeral the hotel staff is amazing!!! Gwenda ,Ethel ,Angela, Sharon cooked a breakfast better than Golden Corral. Eggs, even the fake eggs were good!! Sausage, Cin Bunns wow!! and Biscuits. Toya and the front desk helped out with all my family in this time of need. Thank you so much may God continue to Bless the Hotel and Staff

Took over 45 minutes to check in at 915 to 1010 because the 2 idiots behind the desk didn’t know how to use the computer. They literally call their manager 20 times. The next day the TV was out and tried to blame the weather when it was sunny out. Would give a 0

Stay away nothing good to say about this hotel

do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel. I literally checked in on a Friday ask them for new towels on Saturday morning, and still haven’t gotten them and I’m checked out. I had to use dirty towels on the floor to dry myself. After a shower they claim they put them on my door. They also claim they can’t go in a room when the guest is not there liars liars stay next-door at the Hampton. You’ll be doing yourself a favor.

I didn't give this location 5 stars because I made my reservation several weeks in advance and even called the day before and the morning of to request early check-in but when I checked in, she couldn't find it. Another lady beside me was having the same issue. Also the refrigerator in my room 218 was hot, hot!! All of our Thanksgiving food went bad. Money and time wasted. Front desk dude said he put a note in to management and I will get a call in several hours CRICKETS!!! Tried to call back last night and the lady hung up on me after 2 words. I was angry!!! This hotel was a lil too pricey for people to go through this!!! I'm not letting this go!!! Overall very clean hotel and nice location.
