You know what to expect when checking into a Holiday Inn and this one did not disappoint. I appreciated the complementary breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were spacious with a nice bathroom. The bedding was premium but the towels provided were below standard and a bit threadbare. There is an excellent restaurant directly across the street (Las Lenas) which is not affiliated with the hotel but well worth a visit for a meal.

We wanted to go to Cuernavaca for 1 day, two families with two kids. The price was very good and breakfast was included. I didn’t expect much but for the price we payed we were extremely happy. Very clean hotel, simple and good rooms, the breakfast was good and much better than I expected. A small swimming pool and a jacuzzi but clean and comfortable. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Giving 5 star doesn’t mean it was perfect but taking advantage of the price I will give them a full house. Usually I only give 4. If I can give an advice I would open a small cafiteria with something to eat and drink. I missed my cappuccino. 🤗

After a drive from Mexico city getting to Cuernavaca was a nice change. We arrived in the morning to a clean and nice lobby. Staff were helpful in storing our luggage since they didn't have any rooms ready. Gardens are beautiful and well cared for. After spending the day visiting Cuernavaca we came back to a nice and very clean room. Beds were great. Our daughters enjoyed the pool and snacks from the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a last minute reservation. The staff was very helpful, and they helped me with my children. The room was very clean, and it had all the amenities. The bed, and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good too (included). I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cool enough, maybe more signals to get there and since it is a bed and breakfast it could be a great idea to share some information of food places around for dinner and lunch. When I stayed there the parking lot was in construction. Great Internet speed and very well illuminated rooms.
