O hotel está a duas paragens de autocarro da base do teleférico de Parsenn e a três da estação de comboio Davos Dorf Também têm um serviço de shuttle gratuito na chegada e na partida O pessoal é muito simpático e solícito em todas as áreas O spa é muito bom e tem um mini gym As refeições são elaboravas e o pequeno almoço é muito bom

Quarto amplo e com linda vista para a montanha. Boa estrutura de piscina aquecida, kids room, sala de jogos, spa e cafe da manhã excelente com atendimento muito cordial por parte das garçonetes. Perto de restaurantes, supermercados e todo o necessário para uma hospedagem agradável! Recomendo!

Ameron Holtel é excelente: quartos espaçosos, restaurantes, decoração calorosa e sofisticada. As suítes tem vista linda para os Alpes. O atendimento poderia ser mais atencioso, na nossa chegada nada foi informado sobre passeios, skis, forfeit... Contudo, hotel maravilhoso! Piscina e sauna ótimas, super equipadas.

External visit to the pool and wellness are not worth it and not set up for external visitors

This review is specifically about the pool and wellness area. My friend and I booked a visit just to the spa and we were extremely disappointed. The set up is not for external visitors with limited options to shower and change and we were given lockers that would not even hold a handbag. If you are staying at the hotel the facilities are probably OK but for SWF 49 each to visit it is definitely not worth it. There is only a pool and steam room and sauna. The pool got very crowded and the experience was not relaxing and there are other better places to go in Davos. Do not go an an external guest.

To start with the positive - the hotel is has a good location and its pretty new and fresh looking. The spa area is nice and the hotel offers multiple restaurants and a bar. However the hotel staff is not up to the standard - unfortunately they destroy the experience in a pretty certain way. Starting with the spa "police" - a rude person that acts like a police scrutinising the guests and giving rude remarks if you e.g. have not dried yourself enough after a shower, or if you have your swimming shorts on you in the sauna. Next disappointment are the persons working in the bar - no sense whatsoever of any customer service - rude persons that are not interested in serving customers and the same goes for the restaurant staff who are not professional at all. Also the restaurants may or may not be open and the same goes with the room service - some days it works some days it doesn't - same concept with the restaurants some days they are open some days not. The exception to the really bad service level was the staff at the reception who did what they could to make your stay as good as possible. The manager should put a lot more focus on the strategy for the hotel - keep the restaurants and room service available, hire staff that puts the customer in center and hire professional chef's who can make the customers enjoy the restaurant visits (whenever the restaurants are open). The cleaning service was also so - so - they did not replace used water bottles during the 4 day trip. Also the bedlinen etc. were not of a quality you would expect. Next time we pick another hotel in Davos (since its a great place for skiing and for good dinners and lots of laughs)
