Nos padrões mínimos de limpeza este hotel deveria ser fechado. As camas São velhas e estão caindo aos pedaços. Sujas, lençóis manchados. Carpete em situação de miséria. Ao chegarmos pedimos pra trocar de quarto pois o primeiro estava todo quebrado e com cheiro de mofo. Apesar do bom atendimento, foi a pior experiência com hotéis que tive nos EUA. Até comida velha de hóspedes anteriores tinha no frigobar. Não considere este local como alternativa de hospedagem.

Precisa URGENTEMENTE MELHORAR O CAFE DA MANHÃ... Tiveram dias que só tinha Pão, Waffel e manteiga. Precisa dar atenção ao CAFE da Manhã.

I chose this place to stay because it was close to my meetings area I should have went somewhere different I checked in on a Sunday was staying from Sunday to Sunday the internet did not work so I was unable to do any of my work that I had to do on the computer for my room when I go to the office and explain the situation she tells me oh I can sit in the office and use the Wi-Fi there unacceptable I didn't pay to sit in the office the following day she tells me that the Wi-Fi service would be fixed on Tuesday Tuesday came and left and still I had no service in my room she offered to again let me sit in the office or in the breakfast area to use the Wi-Fi so for my whole 7-Day stay there was no internet service at all in my room the cleanliness I would give it a 5 out of 10 the room itself didn't look bad but the towels and wash clothes look like they were already used they had brown spots on them it just was not usable I was so glad I packed my own but if you're just using it for the location might be a good spot for you but if you actually need to get some work done while staying there I wouldn't choose this hotel for $650 for 7 days I would have expected a little bit more

The shower had had barnacles on it the sink in the bathroom had some kind of oyster looking things inside the floors were dirty any section you picked and wiped with a wet ragged turned black so glad it was just me and my boyfriend on a family emergency instead of me having to bring children.
