Ruim... e longe de Salt Lake City

O hotel é ruim e bem longe do centro de Salt Lake City. O quarto não parece ser muito limpo, o café da manhã é ruim e tivemos problemas com o serviço de lavanderia. Não havia sabão em pó e o hotel não tinha reserva. Ou seja, contávamos com essa possibilidade de lavar nossas roupas e não pudemos fazer isso.

We booked our room a week in advance with no word of a deposit, when we arrived teenagers were running inside and out clearly smoking marijuana. While also running around people’s cars and screaming at the fence. The person running the front desk didn’t even greet us and was sitting on his phone making ‘puppy lips’ attempting to get a selfie, we had to try to get his attention MULTIPLE times before he begrudgingly got up to help us. He said that we would have to pay the $150.00 deposit or leave our credit card at the front desk with him. When we asked him to speak to the owner or night manager as we had not been told of any form of deposit, he simply rolled his eyes and said, “You need deposit because you will trash the room.” Or “I am just the employee, I don’t make the rules.” Between the crap building, horrible smell, delinquents doing drugs, and the horrible customer service, my family will never come here again.

Stay away no good workers are trash the property is trash bunch of crack heads smoking crack in the parking lot sleeping on the grass it’s nasty STAY AWAY and the old man is rude a disrespectful do no go there.

GREAT HOTEL AT A REASONABLE PRICE

WOW, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel... Ramesh (front desk guy) was AWESOME... He helped me out when he didn't have to... Very polite and took good care of me... Rooms are VERY comfortable, clean, larger than most other hotels I stay in... Breakfast could use some eggs, but it's a typical continental... Can't complain about the coffee... Only SMALL complaint I would say would be the size of the TV's, but I was told larger ones are coming in the next few months... Then entire staff is top notch... I'll definitely recommend this hotel and be back in the future... Thank you again Ramesh...

As was already noted: the laundry was atrocious (stained with holes in towels)! Also, the TV kept mis-functioning and had to be reset several times; the first time by a staff member and afterwards by me ( at least 10 to 15 X’s)😵💫
