Nos hospedamos no Fortune porque o Hotel que havíamos reservado estava com problemas e nos transferiu para lá. O quarto do hotel é muito espaçoso possui cozinha e sala de estar e a cama do quarto é king size. O banheiro é grande, limpo e tem uma boa banheira. O pé direito do quarto é muito alto e o quarto bem silencioso e confortável. O café da manhã é simples mas muito bom. Há opções de frutas, pratos indianos, pães, sucos e iogurte. Há um condomínio residencial bem perto do hotel, que está cercado de obras. Passei apenas uma noite no local porque no outro dia iria para a Palm Jumeirah, para essa finalidade me atendeu muito bem. Para quem deseja se hospedar perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Dubai ele me parece um pouco distante, mas se a localização não importar, recomendo muito.

It was pleasant when we were in this hotel at least for 2 days of our stay. The room is big, spacious, comfortable. The breakfast is nice but you have to pay for additional cost, well its fine for buffet. Amenities wasnt that much exciting but the ground floor activity is something to look forward. Reataurants, and Pub are easy access. I requested for iphone charger and they let me borrowed it. Thank you..

Beware when making a booking

Last year, I made a booking for a stay in Jan 2022. This was still in the middle of the pandemic. So i thought it was reassuring when they said the booking had "maximum flexibility" for cancellations and no deposit charge was levied. As things turned out, I had to cancel. I found that the link for managing booking in their confirmation email did not work. So I sent an email to cancel, thinking that this should not be an issue since there is "maximum flexibility" and things happen in the midst of a pandemic. Imagine my surprise when they charged me one night for "no show". I appealed through my credit card company together with a copy of my booking and cancellation email. They refused to accept that the booking was canceled and simply showed some paperwork to the credit card to support their charge. I understand the pandemic has been difficult especially to hotels. But to ignore my cancellation request just to extract a few miserable dollars does not seem to be what a good hotel should do. So please be careful in dealing with this hotel. There are several hotels nearby with better value for money. In any case, if you are a leisure traveler, this is the wrong locality because it is quite dead with nothing around. The construction nearby that other reviewers complained about was not completed yet. The metro station is also considered in the outermost zone and you pay the highest fare everywhere you go. Avoid this hotel if you want peace of mind.

Best rooms were allocated for my family. Really enjoyed the stay at hotel Fortune Park .Excellent location to visit Dubai EXPO. Metro station is just in front of Hotel Entrance. Hospitality of staff was excellent. Kitchen & Dining area crew & food was good

Although convenient for the metro this hotel is terrible. The breakfast is just awful, the fire alarm goes off every night and the customer service is terrible. I ended up hauling the mini fridge down to reception and leaving it there as noone after three calls came to have a look at it
