The best experience

Good location great attitude especially Princess. Coffee excellence. Housekeeping they are all very good. I like the swimming pool and the gym also. All staff are perfect especially front office team. Will come back again next time.

Terrible service and worst hotel experience

I've been staying in this hotel for 10 days, from 13.04.22 till 23.04.2022 and it was the worst experience which I ever had in hotels. Case 1. I didn't sleep for 30 hours due to business and work in Kazakhstan and finally came to UAE, after check in to Skaf hotel I went to meet my local friends, and around 10 night I decided to sleep, but after 2 hours I woke up because of noises of construction which was in room next to mine. So I went to reception to complain and only after that they stopped that noises. Case 2. On 16.04.2022 I had to meet my wife from airport, so I asked for wake up call at 7 AM, obviously this hotel staff didn't wake me up, and I came late to airport. But the thing is that, when I was going to take a lift inside of the hotel, on my floor, next to the entrance of lift an almost naked guy was sleeping, and it was a Ramadan time. Case 3. On 17.04.2022 me and my wife decided to leave the hotel, and stay in rented apartments in JVC, so I informed the hotel staff, that we are leaving and will come back on the last day of our staying in Skaf hotel, on 22.04.2022. And we came at 12 midnight and the room in which we stayed was not cleaned and kept in the same conditions when we left the room 6 days ago. It was smelling badly, as there were spoiled food. On each of this cases, hotel management and other staff can only say Sorry, Sorry, Sorry. No facilities, GYM is smelling, pool is closed, no staff in other facilities. Guys, if you want to ruin you vacation and get angry mood for half day, please choose this hotel, I promise, you will have such experience. I have no idea who gave a 4 star rate for this hotel.

Very nice, neat and clean hotel, kind and hospitable staff . Only the late hour club music disturbed my night rest Otherwise the rest was really great and the amenities present as stated on the trip advisor.

It was wonderful stay Nice hotel with all basic amenities. Housekeeping service was excellent. Nearest to the metro station. Highly recommended 😊Very helpful staff, very friendly, polite and kind. It was wonderful and very comfortable stay.
