O atendimento é impecável!!! Tanto o gerente da noite, Anil Rawat quanto o do café da manhã, Rohit Singh, foram extremamente prestativos!!!! Faziam questão de resolver todos nossos problemas, deixaram celular para contato, reconfortaram todos os passeios que reservamos pela internet e quando fomos embora ás 4:00 da manhã, ligaram para a empresa de aluguel de carro pedindo 1h a mais para a gente poder tomar café da manhã!!! E daí separaram uma mesa e serviram café da manhã para a gente!!!!! Foi sensacional!!! Os funcionários fizeram toda a diferença!!!! 😍😍😍

My parents stayed at Raviz Center Point in Novmeber for 5 days. They loved the hotel location and the staff. Shameer/Shabeer was very helpful and aided them all the time. They were very impressed with his hospitality.

Visited taste of India restaurant and had thaali option. The service was super quick and the food was super tasty. Staff were attentive at all times and friendly. This is a real great place to enjoy splendid food. Must visit if in area.

WORST STAY IN DUBAI

We stayed in this hotel last Sept 10 to celebrate my partner's birthday in advance which i informed them prior through email but when we arrived nothing was prepared not simple greeting from their staff, i called reception about the breakfast because as per my partner no one informed him that breakfast is included and timings, while i am sure i booked with breakfast, so we called and we were advised no breakfast, and then they called again to confirm that breakfast is included. The room assigned to us is so hot even we tried to adjust AC but to no avail, we informed Reception about it and they sent someone to check, staff said they need to check something outside and will be back in 5 minutes, he did not return. We called again to check if we can transfer instead of waiting, then one guy from concierge came and ask us to check if the other room is okay for us, we checked and we said it is okay, then we transferred our things. We are so tired that day because i came from work and my partner from Abu dhabi. We are in the middle of our sleep then at around 4am someone called the room and said asked to check if window is open because there was triggered fire alarm. we said we did not open window. Then alarm set off again so staff came to check themselves and asked if someone is smoking, i said we don't smoke and we tried to sleep again. When we checked out, FO said we need to pay for the "damaged linen", i have my period and i had some spots there but to call it "damaged" linen is inappropriate and the duty manager Seetha even called it unhygienic and linen cannot be used anymore, which is surprising to hear from a girl. This is the 1st time we were charged for blood stain, and 1st time we experience inconvenience about the room temp, changing of rooms, triggered fire alarm while apparently celebrating an occassion. We are not the type of guests who always complain and we both worked in hospitality industry for long time and we know what good customer service is, apparently the duty manager in charge is NOT good with it and will just let you feel more agitated because she made us feel that "it is not our fault machine not working, if there is a problem with AC and so on" with all the inconvenience you made us experience, you have the guts to charge us 85 dirhams for blood stain which the DM said that they cannot use anymore?! It is only a stain and the linen is white so can't it be removed by bleach? if it has burn, teared or something you have right to charge, even small amount is acceptable but for 85 dirhams?? and i paid the room and breakfast for only 134 something dirhams. This is our worst stay ever!! (The only good thing about this hotel is location and breakfast selection, that's it)

Sumptuous dinner buffet. Yummy 😍 Authentic kerala flavours 😋 We four enjoyed the great taste and caring service by your dedicated staff. Our grand daughter was very well looked after by wonderful youngsters in the restaurant. A big thanks from all of us. Namaste 🙏
