Eu e minha esposa ficamos neste hotel em um stopover em Dubai, enquanto seguíamos para Phuket. O hotel nos foi indicado pela empresa de turismo local vinculada à Emirates, sendo que era, segundo tal empresa, o único hotel disponível. O hotel é mau localizado e o seu estado de conservação é péssimo. O quarto era velho, mal cuidado e estava muito sujo, inclusive com cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores por todos os cantos. Tivemos uma péssima noite. Evite este hotel, certamente Dubai possui melhores alternativas.

Francis is Worst Manager on Duty

Don't come here the manager on Duty in Reception he doesn't even know how to put mask on his Face. His name is Francis he is not even consistent with his word and so rude. The hotel itself is too old. If I could I would rate even 0 for this hotel not even 1

Together with my husband we decided to experiment and take a room in a standart welcome hotel apartment 1. It was quite late and upon check in we met very serious and unfriendly Mr. Sherif. However morning staff was more pleasant especially lady who was serving breakfast. Room and everything in it is very disappointing! You can find someone's hair everywhere in the room. Washroom machine is dirty once you open it. Shelves are not cleaned long time as well as carpet . Towels and bed sheets looks washed. But there are many old stains on it and in one side we found it is torn. I understand it is not a 5star hotel and I can accept old furniture, scratches on it or poor breakfast but room has to be cleaned properly. There is no compromise on cleanliness. And by the way breakfast is expensive taking in consideration which food was served. Thank You and Kind Regards!

check in was smooth and the room was ok the bathroom looked tired and needed to be replaced . The kitchen was small but had everything you needed including a washing machine again needed updating ! The best thing about this hotel is that it's a good location . Close to an excellent super market and all lots of restaurants in short walking distance . The AC was not the best could be better . Hope this helps . M

Spent 3 nights here with my husband. The day we got there, they allocated a room to us that had a really bad urine smell. We asked to be changed to another room which turned out to be better but still not what we expected given that we had just paid AED200 a night to be there. Maintenance is a serious issue at Welcome Hotel 1 as everything is outdated or not working. The bathroom had a lot of mold and room is dusty with very old carpets. The bed was uncomfortable and very screechy when moving the slightest bit. Washing machine in the room didn’t work, kettle was dirty and windows seemed to have never been cleaned. Overall, I don’t recommend it and would not stay here again. The one rating I have given was purely because staff were efficient in changing our room.
