Comfortable hotel, great staff!

We were here on a family visit for 3 nights. The staff at front desk is excellent. They took care all our needs. Room is dated but nothing to complain about. Play with temp control, it requires some trial and error. Breakfast is good and nothing fancy. It is open from 6 to 10 AM. Overall, convenient location and excellent staff.

Room was fine, cost was too high ($200 for a Monday night?), but what they put out for breakfast was disgusting. Some items may have been warmed but there was NOTHING fresh or healthy there, powdered egg tacos that looked gross and it went downhill from there. We will be traveling through this area with some frequency and I'd hoped we'd found a good hotel for overnight midway but there have to be better options that don't serve mediocre, processed food.

Breakfast until 10am is always a winner

This is a good, clean hotel in a convenient location for anyone with family in North Durham. We loved that breakfast was served until 10am. So many places "serve" breakfast just until 9, and it is great to have a place where you can really not be rushed while on vacation.

We have to be here at Duke for almost a week. We chose this property because of the reviews and the size of the room. The ladies at the desk when we checked in were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The next morning we were driven to Duke for our appointment. When we called to be picked up the shuttle wasn’t available so one of the office staff picked us up in her personal car. We understand that this property is on schedule for an update, but we do not have a single complaint. It’s clean, convenient and the staff that we encountered exceeded any expectations we may have had.

Not impressed at all!

The greeting at this hotel is where is your id and all while the customer service rep is on the phone and then just hands you a packet with the key. No welcome to our property, how are you today? Glad you are here or here is your room key and your room # is and the elevators to the rooms are ... Outdated decor. Room supplies not checked obviously as the coffee slot for pod not present. Just underwhelmed overall and will not stay here again.
