The room was clean and very modern. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was full of different choices and well stocked. The pool was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does have a shuttle to the airport. We really enjoyed staying here. It is relatively close to the mall of America.

Great staff, clean rooms, no issues, we would stay at this hotel again if in the area. Check in quick, check out on our phone which worked very nicely. Room was nicer than what we were expecting. Parking closeby and free.

All the front desk employees were amazin… Wonderful customer services… Made sure we had everything we needed… complementary breakfast was perfect… Will stay again if I am in the area… Convenient location…

From the time we walked in we were greeted and the person on duty was very friendly. We were extremely early. Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool area was clean and lots of towels. Not a complaint!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! Stayed here 3 year prior and things were great. This time, rooms were dirty, pool was cloudy, food was cold & included sandwiches you had to microwave. Our lamp didn't have a bulb - went to get bulb but not enough people working so person took bulb from the lamp right there. 4 rooms booked by members of my family and one was so dirty she went to get Clorox wipes to clean it herself and another who had water leaking from above creating a huge wet spot on the carpet. I understand covid changed things for a lot of hotels but this place is run down beyond belief - beware!!
