Jose is the best person there and the place is very nice and organized! Love it and the waffles are great. The only bad thing about it is a weird smell in my room but it wasn’t that bad. It’s not too expensive and you get your moneys worth.

We could not shower because the faucet stuck out about 2" out away from the wall and there was hair in the tub along with on the back of the toilet. In the morning when we encountered housekeeping staff in the hallway we simply said good morning to them and they looked very grumpy and unhappy to be there. the breakfast had a wide variety and the staff seemed very friendly. when these issues were brought to the front desk staff they did apologize and gave us a few bonus points.

Hotel a bit run down and not as clean as one would hope. Found a pair of someone’s socks in the room. Blinds for window where ripped and did not close all the way leaving a gap to allow light in and people passing by to see in.

Dirty room floor. Not sure if top sheet was dirty or had large burn/brownish black stain. Had to ask for replacement. Pool area has nearly dead plants for inside "decor". Would be better to have fake and throw dying plants. The hallway floor going down length of hotel to various room was filthy. It's dark colored so you can see everything. This was mid-day.

We were in town for an event at the university that one of our daughters was participating in. As usual the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. WOUld highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
