O hotel é lindo, as camas confortáveis e o atendimento é de primeira. Foi uma estadia muito gostosa!! O hotel oferece um café da manhã simples, mas gostoso! Vale a pena conhecer a cidade e se hospedar no hotel.

This was our first stay in Edmonton. We found this hotel, seemed to be a little higher priced than we’d normally like to spend but absolutely no regrets! Tanya at the front desk welcomed us and took care of everything painlessly. She went above and beyond to explain all little details, she even rounded up a couple of “real” drinking glasses so we didn’t have to use the paper cups the room offered! Super large CLEAN room with lovely sized bathroom, full walk in shower, super comfy bed and blinds which kept all outside light out when closed! Bonus. Loved it and will definitely be our choice of hotels for our next stay. A big shout out to Tanya again for her excellent hospitality … Thank you!

We were very pleased with our stay here. Service was wonderful, rooms were clean and they offer a great selection of breakfast items. One of the best parts is it’s pet friendly and even offers a place to go for your pets to do their business, supplying bags and a garbage container. Housekeeping ensured I got everything I needed in our room while we stayed with our pet as well. Another bonus of staying here is its right in an area where there are places to eat and shop. The grounds around the property was clean and well kept and I did not feel uncomfortable while out walking my dog. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable!

Unlike other reviewers I found the beds to be very large and comfortable pillow-top mattress. The breakfast has a selection of hot foot and cold and the oatmeal is pretty good but the waffles are amazing. Unlike other continental breakfasts there is an attendant that you can ask for more of something if they have run out. The gym is actually amazing and the pool is nice and warm. This is the first time I have never had any complaints about any hotel.

They claim that these are Queen size beds, not on your life, double at best. If you are an average sizedhaddock 2 of you will not fit in this bed one will have to sleep on the sofa. $3.50 for a bottle of water that you can buy for as little as 40 cents at other stores I don't think so. If you're looking for a plug in or your vehicle good Luck Is finding one as there are only about 6 And you have to know where to look for them. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre, but one thing that I liked, was the oatmeal or porridge or hot cereal whatever you wish to call it. This hotelcould b6so much better if tried to look after the customer more, instead of trying to be up on the latest decor style.
