I stayed several wyndham versions of Ramada, really no resemblences of the real ones. From the breakfast to rooms all exactly 3 star hotel. Especially breakfast most of them consist of low quality products, so dissapointed I expected from cheese to butter all should be supplied from local products of Elazığ. The best thing is the service on the hotel , staff so kind and helpfull.

We spent 4 days in this hotel with our friends to make tours around Elazig. The rooms were very clean and silent. All the facilities were available as if it was 5 stars hotel. The breakfest and the dinners were very delicous.

What a terrible shame there has been a change of management at this hotel. Having stayed here every month for the past 10 months, I am sad to say that I won't be going back again. I don't know what has possessed the ramada chain to employ such rude and unhelpful people. The receptionists are the worse. I tried to complain but, was told I must speak to them first. The service was nil. A terrible shame!!

It was a 5hours of stay in the room. Cos I had a early -really really early flight in the morning. I had to check out 5am. When I asked for the wake-up service at 4:45 I was reminded that I would not be able to catch the breakfast so would I prefer a sandwich to take away. I was amazed and didn't even ask for the price of this service. It was a brilliant call even though it was just a sandwich after all. It turned out to be a free but invaluable sandwich eventually.

I stayed 6 nights in this hotel. They cleaned the room everyday. The bed is confortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was nice but same open buffet everyday. The hotel is far from the city center. The only problem I faced was communication as the staff do not speak English. The only staff who knows a little English is Mr Rasool. All staff were really nice and friendly as the people of Elazig.
