If I could give 0 stars, I would. This hotel has been a major disappointment and the Hilton brand should be disappointed and embarrassed to call it one of theirs. I am a loyal Hilton Honors Diamond member. When I arrived, the lady at the front was far from friendly, didn’t ask if I needed anything or even offer a bottled water. When I got into my room I immediately called downstairs and asked to be moved because my room had been smoked in. I was basically told well you’ll have to deal with it you were the last to check in and we are booked. Which I knew was a lie because she had a stack of key cards already fixed and ready when she pulled mine out. I said okay and hung up and dealt with the stinky room. This morning, I went down for breakfast. Hampton Inn boasts its free hot breakfast. There was not one thing that wasn’t prepackaged and it definitely was not hot. I am very disappointed with this hotel. From start to finish. I will definitely find somewhere else to stay if I’m in the area again. Come on Hilton, do better for your loyal customers.

Nearly gave up on the brand after this stay, but it was revived on a subsequent visit to pleasant, clean Hampton in SC. One of two beds looked like someone had been laying on it, shoddy renovation and slow internet.

This hotel was filthy! The beds in the first room were not clean. Sheets and coverlet were stained and grungy dirty, hair in the bed. Changed to a second room. Beds were clean, though coverlet stained. Carpets, doors, walls, and surfaces were dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty and mold around sink and tub. The air conditioner has chunks of stuff in it and the grill was caked with gross black. We did not use it as it was clearly a health hazard. This had not been cleaned to any kind of healthy standards...and especially not covid standards. This is NOT what would be expected of a Hampton Inn. This property has been neglected for a long time. Shame on you Hilton.

The only reason I’m giving overall poor review is no hot breakfast. The world has to move on. Require a mask whatever it takes. The money spent needs to be reviewed if not all the services are provided.

The location was great, enough restaurants around and typically Hampton Inns were my number one hotel to stay at. However when we arrived at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed. No coffee available as they advertise 24/7. Ok , no problem. We entered the room, floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed, towel was filthy and a tile laying on the floor. Breakfast was not up to par. No waffles, no eggs, no oatmeal, I mean come on, this is a Hampton Inn. Which is why I pay the price. Very disappointed!
