This location is great, as it close to Pappadeaux and Bugatti Restaurant. Jungle Jim grocery store is near and the Harley-Davidson store is close. Ask for a room away from the highway. The hotel was clean. The only downside was the rude manager that would never look up to talk to us!!

Horrible Be Aware Stay Away!

The Assistant General Manger was very rude and unprofessional and created a very hostile environment. Supposedly she became promoted to the General Manager on 01/09/2022 at this point she became very aggressive, hostile, and seemed to have some type of prejudice towards our household. We requested to speak to upper management a number of times and she refreused to let us speak to them. She attempted to put through 8 plus transactions on our credit-card unauthorized from the last Sunday thru the last Friday and several more on the Saturday and Sunday after we stayed. She wouldn't work with our attorney, bank, or pastor to resolve these issues and called the local sheriff to remove us while one of us was still clocked in still working and the other is fully disabled. She then turned off our room key and only one of us could leave the room at a time to load our car. We only had 3 hour's to remove our stuff that we had. We had planed on staying a month (plus) until our new apartment was ready. She lied about everything from the beginning. If she had been the one to greet us at the start we wouldn't have booked. She was against our blended marriage and etc. The rest of the team was awesome!

Our family stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay. The staff were responsive, friendly, prompt and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Needed a short getaway and didn't want to travel too far (live in Cincinnati) and found this property. It's a beautiful property! I wish that it were warmer as I really would have used the Weber grill they have on the patio. Never saw that before so I bet it's a great amenity in warmer weather. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming and I truly enjoyed a much needed rest. Will definitely return!

Brand New Hotel

Just stayed in this brand new hotel over the weekend. Towneplace has updated the styling of their rooms and I really like the changes. I got my room location request and the hotel was quiet. Only negative was the breakfast, I understand the situation with COVID, but still think this hotels and others I've stayed at recently could do better.
