Hotel em reforma. Mas vale a pena se hospedar!

Recepção e lobby em reforma e por isso estão oferecendo um pequeno café da manhã para os hóspedes durante este período. Fiquei em um andar que tem os quartos renovado.. vale muito a pena! Staff bem educado e prestativo. Recomendo...

I stayed here for a week while on business and found the hotel to be okay! Breakfast was poor and overpriced, even with my daily credit. Hampton offer a better breakfast for free. The staff were helpful and some were even nice. My room was not properly cleaned on my arrival but the front desk took care of it and it was spotless on my return, otherwise the room was fine, with a good view over the lake. It is not a bad place to stay but I think they=y could make a bit more of an effort.

Broken shower

The shower in the room was broken so we couldn't take the shower in the morning. Only the faucet to the tub worked but not the shower head. The bathroom had a bad sewer smell. The toilet paper holder was almost falling out of the wall. It's not our first stay (we used to love this hotel) but probably our last.

I stayed here for two nights. The person checking me in was fine. But I booked a king with lake view. I got room 220 which is on the second floor. It looks out onto a roof of the first floor. Technically you can see a piece of the lake beyond the roof. I’m a lifetime Diamond member and this rarely happens but it wasn’t great. The room was large and clean. Parking was free.

After a really terrible drive up from Houston, flat tire and all, this stay was the exact opposite. I don't remember the gentleman's name who checked me in - but his nametag said he was the assistant manager - was super great at being helpful getting me checked in. I got all my amenities, was thanked for being Hilton gold, and I even got a surprise upgrade to room 502 on the lakeview side of the hotel - which was nice and serene after my hectic drive. When I got back to the hotel around 1:30 in the morning, the lady at the front desk didn't even judge me when I asked if I could have another cookie. She smiled and wished me a good evening. I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of my gold level credit for food and beverage due to time constraints, but the room was super clean and nice. This was my third stay here, and will continue to be my choice for hotels in the area. The only negative I can think of is this is the second room I've stayed in where the light around the mirror was out, so the bathroom was a bit dim, and their light bulb selections in the sleeping area could be brighter. I think these are just all older LED bulbs that have dimmed over time.
