The hotel is very clean and the employees are very welcoming and caring . The room is spacious and clean . The breakfast lady was very welcoming, kind and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing stay and service

All of the staff during my stay were welcoming and very accommodating. I was able to stay with my amazing dog. She is a 105lbs Rottweiler, which because of her size intimidates many people despite her calm and friendly demeanor. All of the staff was friendly and pet her. She loves the attention. Also, I left a pair of pants and Ms. Cross sent them to me right away. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and this was an amazing stay. I recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

There have been definite changes like anywhere since the beginning of Covid. But management has been very attentive to making sure my stay was comfortable; especially if I mentioned any concerns. They were happy to help however possible. In fact, they were so committed to my comfort and leaving in a positive manner, that they even made the attempt to follow up with my stay in the previous town at a Marriott property which did not have the same experience at all. Thank you Ms. S!

NEVER AGAIN NASTY FRANCHISED PROPERTY

This is property is disgusting. Upon walking into the building it had a funky smell. I was traveling and tired and decided to stay away. I walked into my room and it smelled like stinking food. I immediately tried to open the window and I couldn't. This place has a full kitchen with no proper ventilation. The TV is extremely small and had connections issues the night of my check in. I itched all night from something in the room. People slammed doors all night and morning. Kids were running back and forth on the halls making alot of noise very disrespectful. I can definitely tell this is a franchised property and haven't been keep up well during the years. I will never return. These franchise properties under the Marriott name are the worst in my opinion. I almost ready to stay a cheaper property's because there pretty much in the same category when its a Marriott franchised property.

I have never stayed at a TownePlace before! As a limited service hotel, I was so very impressed! My room was clean and smelled so good! Check-in was quick, service was exceptional and the location was perfect!
