Precisa melhorar
I think we over payed for this hotel with jet.2
The hotel had beautiful views the bed room and balcony was good but the bath room needed to be up graded the hair dryer was a very big concern wires showing if a child touched with wet hands or some one partly sighted I tread to think what would of happened.the pool area needed new sun beds people was sitting on them and they was breaking.breakfast was ok but could of been set out better the staff worked so hard and are a credit to the hotel I would stop at the hotel but not with jet2 I think they charged us to much the location was spot on I would stop here again if the price was right.
Returned Again
We returned again to The Rosary hotel must be about our 8th / 9th stay. Things are starting to need up grading / replacing / fixing. Lightning in bathroom is poor. Really does needs some money spending on it.... Water puddles in middle of corridor when rained (top floor 3) been like this now for last couple of years. Quite a few broken sun beds, not enough sun brollies around the pool area. It’s really a pity some care isn’t being taken as the location is lovely. What was nice was seeing Tula the cook was still there, always friendly and a pleasant smile awaiting everyone of a morning at breakfast. Plus also credit to our cleaner (top floor 3) she did a good job and supplied us regularly with clean towels and bedding. It would be better if the owners didn’t allow family arguments to spill over into the public domain. Can’t be good for future business.....
Clean and tidy
We booked this hotel on a personal recommendation, then read the reviews, which were very mixed, edging more towards the negative side. However, we were quite happy with the hotel. We were right on the prom and had a sea view room giving us beautiful views over the beach and of course of the beautiful sunsets. Our room was basic, but very clean with a good size balcony. Maid cleaned every day and bedding and towels were changed regularly. Turkish breakfast was plentiful with breakfast cereals, yoghurt and fruit also available and omelettes fried eggs etc also cooked to order. The pool is a very good size, so if you enjoy a proper swim it is ideal. Sunbeds are a bit tired and there could do with being more of them and more umbrellas. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Only downsides are state of some of the sunbeds and no fridge or kettle in the room, but as we were aware of this before we went, we took a kettle, teabags, coffee, dried milk and coffeemate with us. Quite happy with our stay and will definitely book again.
Pay a little more....
This place was clean (if you followed the maid into the room after she cleaned, the smell of chemicals took your breathe away!), the air con was excellent and the bar had the best drinks in chalis, however the entire place really is incredibly shabby! The towels were changed regularly but always had holes in them, the hairdryer in the bathroom worked but the exposed wires meant we didn’t use it, the breakfast was terrible but the lady ‘chef’ tried to make omelettes and coffee was good which you could have outside looking at the amazing view. The worst thing about this place was the staff - in fact we were told by locals the manager/owner was the rudest man in turkey and they were not kidding! We asked for an extra pillow 4 separate times as well as chairs for the balcony as we didn’t have any which finally turned up at 11.30pm in our 4th night, we were very rudely interrupted late one evening walking back through ‘reception’ and called over to be told we had to pay our bill there and then for no apparent reason, English is not well understood which is not a problem at all but now Jet2.com are using this place some lessons on manners would come in very useful. We would definitely not recommend or return
