The hotel is good in terms of pricing however the cleanliness can improve. The carpeting in the hallways need deep cleaning not just vacuuming. The drapes are torn in some of the rooms which need replacement. The staff are respectful and nice. The breakfast needs some improvement, would recommend adding fruit and maybe milk, chocolate milk since they offer yogurt and bagels and cereal only.

A very unpleasant experience

Upon entering i noticed the small size of the room i was placed in,it smelled terrible and the air was fouled. We were extremely tired after a long day of driving we decided to tough it out,hoping that the smell would go away after the ac was turned on,it got worse. We checked out the next moring after waking up to being stuffed up and our nose and throat feeling very irritable. I ended up in the emergency room.

I needed a room near relatives I was visiting. Did not have to park a car so the small parking area was not an issue for me. Breakfast was included but all I took was juice and coffee. Other items were typical like waffle maker, bread, donuts. Room was clean. Small size of room was not an issue as I was traveling solo and only needed the room to sleep. I woke early and headed over to relatives returning late at night. Neighborhood was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good choice for budget traveler.

Room was 9ft by 9 ft, "closet" was a 5ft tall wodden box cabinet, parking lotwas 1p spots for ~ 25 rooms, we had to park on street several blocks away and walk through dark streets, etc etc. There is no quality at this Quality Inn!!!

Tiniest hotel room in USA and no parking available.

This was the tiniest hotel room we have ever stayed at in USA and we were lucky to find a parking spot the first night. The second night, we had to park on the street. I think it's extremely overpriced for the mouse hole they rent as the hotel room and will never, ever again stay at a Quality Inn if this is an example of what they consider acceptable. Also, when we got there at 10:30 pm, even though we had called twice to make sure they save our room, there were no attendants in sight. Ended up having to yell out loud a few times to get someone to show up. And I forgot to mention the outside noises and neighbors kept us up for couple of hours.
