Fiz a reserva do hotel pelo app tripdivisor, e ao fazer check in já havia sido debitado na minha conta o valor respectivo da reserva, no entanto ao fazer check out fomos informados que não constava o pagamento e fomos obrigados a pagar novamente mesmo tendo apresentado o comprovante e o extrato bancário. O funcionário sequer fez questão de averiguar o que aconteceu, dizendo apenas que deveríamos resolver como tripdivisor.

Horribly disgusting! 1st room had drywall missing, no sheets, no one answered in lobby. Some druggie on ground smoking by lobby. 2nd room was flooded and covered in dirt, plumbing didn’t work. Rude management! NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!

SO disgusted with the quality, horrendous service, manager never available. I have contacted the State about the NON-ADA compliance, tried to talk with the GM multiple times...never available. I did not want to be "That" guest that make up issues for a discount . I called Red Roof Customer Care & spoke to Amy, she said I should call in a few days...DAYS?? to request a refund. Room had no garbage can, 1 bath towel, no microwave, a LARGE ROACH TRAP on the kitchen counter, OMG the list goes on as do my video & pictures of this hotel that has been so very neglected. Franchised, yup blame the owner.......I tried but here is the beginning of the issues I tried to resolve with them.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in-- ROACHES AND LICE

Roaches, AC didnt work, refrigerator didn't work properly, dim lights, room key didn't open the entrance to staircase, terrible mold smell in some of the rooms. When I arrived, my room had not been cleaned since the last guest. I cleaned it myself. I thought the roaches were the worst of my problems. But then I discovered i had gotten head lice. What an absolute nightmare. Staying here was a huge mistake!!!!!!

Toilet broken, sink not working, smoke detector going off, oh my!

As a frequent traveler (typically 80k air miles/year, 40k driving miles) I have seen the range of hotel rooms. This was the absolute worst I have experienced. The flapper valve on the toilet leaked, the bathroom sink did not work (the room had a kitchenette, and that sink leaked badly but did flow water) and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires, beeping about every minute. Add to that the room was filthy and in bad need of a refurbishment.
