Equipe solícita, boa estrutura, mas não tem serviço de quarto e a roupa de cama era bem fedida. Além disso, a equipe não conseguiu me orientar em como pegar o shittle do aeroporto para o hotel corretamente. Porém tem café 24h.

Great staff, clean property and awesome location. Walking Distance to so many food spots. About 10 minute drive from airport shuttle service ok. One thing I did not like was 1 particular driver made me open and close my door. He didn’t want to get out in heat. I’m a senior citizen the door was very heavy to me.he missed the mark

The bathroom light bulb was out and the shower water was not hot. I reported it next morning at 4am to MOD. He asked what room number and I said 209. He said he would have the maintenance guy fix it. I said I’ll be back by 4pm - 4:30pm. He said ok. I get back at 5pm and nothing was fixed. I called from my room and a young guy answered. I told him nothing was fixed. He apologized and asked what room number and I said 209. He said maintenance will fix it tomorrow. I reluctantly said ok. As I was leaving the next morning, I saw the same guy and told him nothing was fixed and he apologized and asked what room number. I said 209 and I’ll be back around 4. I get back after 4 and there was a young guy kneeling on the floor behind the desk on the computer. I asked him if everything was fixed for 209. The guy was checking and then a girl stepped in from the office listening to the conversation and said yes it was fixed as she looked at the paperwork. I go to my room and nothing works. I called down to the desk and the girl answers and I tell her it is not fixed. She did not apologize but just says well you’ll have to go to another room then. I said ok but can I stay close to the room I’m in so I don’t have to pack everything to then unpack it and she said no. Then she said those other rooms are more money and an upgrade and I can’t have those because we don’t go up. I said at this point I just want to get another room or get this fixed. She cut me off in the conversation and said I’ll have to see if maintenance is still here and I’ll call you back and hung up on me. She calls back and said she got him to stay and fix it and he’ll be up soon. Maintenance guy comes in my room and apologized and told me they told him 309 was the problem and he went there and there wasn’t any issue so he left. He said they told him the wrong room. He replaced the bulb and said the switch was down on the hot water tank and he fixed it. I check the shower while he was still in my room and it was not yet not hot. He said oh I know why, the hot is cold and the cold is hot on the shower plate. He said it’s backwards. Sure enough, he’s right! It worked and he left. I wanted to complain but I only saw the same people the next morning and when I came back that evening and no one acknowledged me and they looked the other way when they saw me as if they were embarrassed. They should be! I’m disappointed with your team except for the girl who check me in Sunday evening who was fantastic and the lady who gave me coffee packets for the week when I went down to the desk to ask for more. My company, Office Depot stays there each time we come to Texas, infact, 3 of us were there the same week and they told me to call corporate on Monday the 22nd and complain because of the business we give you. I will do so.

Family Vacation

I am currently a diamond member. I rented 3 rooms before a family vacation to Disneyland. The flight was early and I could not get to the airport. the hotel had changed their shuttle trip to start at 7am. I had to get a cab to the airport. When we got back the hotel would not come pick me up because I didn't have a reservation. When i called to get a shuttle, the lady was rude and hanged up the phone on me. Horrible experience. I will not be back at hotel

Convenient location

I stay at this property when traveling out of DFW. It is convenient to several restaurants and has a shuttle for local shopping and airport. It is consistently clean and offers breakfast, outside pool and gym.
