Ok for one night, but don’t even think of entering the pool.

We stayed for one night in what is supposedly one of the best accommodations in Ft Portal. It is an old fashioned type of Hotel, well kept and clean - at least as long as you don’t take a look at the pool which is a true and dirty disaster. Our luxury room lacked a mosquito net, the bathroom was, well, very old and run down. The towels were washed but stained. Dinner was good, though causing some issues, breakfast very ugandan - not to be criticized for it being authentic, but nit what a european travelled would cherish.

Nice hotel just outside of Fort Portal

Located on a hill, just outside the busy city of Port Portal. Nice hotel with good, clean rooms and a heavenly shower. Service was very friendly, food was good, location was nice and the service is very friendly. In the big gardens around the buildings, you can spot lots of birds, including Woolly-necked Storks (which was a nice surprise to me).

we spent two days here during our workshop with UTB. The food was nice with different choices and staff were also nice. Evelyn is very nice staff and she welcomed us well and gave more information about the hotel. my negative comment was the gate man who speaks with clients while on the phone. I will come back when i visit fort portal.

Very comfortable hotel

Very comfortable room within a quiet hotel with lovely gardens. Stayed for only one night but wish i could have styed longer. The room had a nice large bed and was good value for money. Staff were helpful and service good. Breakfast was very nice.

stop over

we had a stop over here for lunch on our way to Kibale forest. We were in a big group of 20 so we ordered for our food on the way from Kampala in order to save time. Payed through mobile money a deposit. Nevertheless, upon arrival the food was still not ready and we had to wait an additional 30minutes before being served. Service in this place could be improved in this regards. Place is however clean, with nicely kept gardens and a nice swimming pool.
