Boa opção para uma noite
O quarto é bom, mas a decoração do hotel com carpetes coloridos deixa a desejar. O lobby é agradável, mas o único bar/restaurante tem um cardápio muito limitado. Fica a 15 minutos de carro do hotel e dá para ir à pé para o Fashion Fair Mall. Boa opção para uma noite
Terrible staff - rude, unfriendly and they back each other up with lousy customer service!!
They put someone else in my room on my second night - gave me a new room that was not cleaned. When I checked out and told front desk person (Lesley) what happened, she was rude and simply said "gee, that's unfortunate"...and nothing more! Also, I used the special family rate - then received bill after checkout and first night was not at the special rate. I called to request it be changed and told by front desk (Alexis first, then Sabrina) that they won't change it. I asked to speak to general manager and was rudely told to call back and that "it won't matter, because it won't be changed". Thankfully I'm a platinum elite member so I called the Marriott rewards desk and the person Stephanie was kind and told me it would be fixed - 1/2 hour later I received the refund for the first night - the general manager never did call me. I use Marriott all the time - I'll never return to this one - incredibly rude and the worst customer service of an hotel I've ever stayed at...ever....
Great Staff, Nice Suites
I stayed in the king suite. I love how you can chat with the front desk through the app. This helped with coordinating an early checkin. Friendly staff, great stay and they addressed my only concern. I was trying to sleep and I heard a banging on the wall connecting the bedroom to the hallway. I sent the front desk a message asking them to check it out and the noise stopped within minutes. They responded that a kid was kicking his ball around the hallway and that they took care of it with an apology. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on business.
Very nice staff...but average in every other way.
All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Hotel was clean although a little tired looking. It seems they might be due for an upgrade of carpet and paint. In every other way, it was like a standard Marriott Courtyard. Price was crazy high for mid-summer which made the value out of whack with the surroundings.
Front desk unpleasant and unfriendly
I have been staying at Marriot for years and this is the first time I have met an unfriendly receptionist. When I did the chek in I asked if my reservation included breakfast, I answered that she could not see it, so I authorize two breakfasts, enter my account and I showed that the reservation included 2 adult breakfasts and 2 children's breakfasts, so he badly gave me 4 pieces of paper, and in a bad way he told me there are few food options, and they hand them to him in front of him. I think they should change the staff by staff that conveys cordial atmosphere for the guests. At the same time, update your systems, make use of what you buy, and grant it as a benefit to your payment, not as a claim.
