Do Not Stay!!
The hotel was fine. Normal overnight stay but the staff is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life!!!! They charged my card when they were not supposed to even though they said they didn’t. When I called the first time they said it will be 15 mins before i can help and just hung up. When I was finally able to ask questions they I called all the avenues they told me to. Called back to tell them what I found out from the bank. Offered to call the bank on 3way and they said they don’t operate that way. Basically too bad and then told me she wouldn’t help me and hung up. I never once yelled or cursed but I wanted answers. Hotels.com called them for me. They couldn’t get answers either. The lady hung up on me time after time. I asked for corporate numbers and she just hung up. I called back sooo many times with no answer. Please save yourself from a disaster and the most rude encounter ever. Maybe it’s just me but most of the time when something happens with money charged incorrectly I would want to help the person!
Was just OK - No breakfast provided though free breakfast was listed
We were on the road between places and planned to stay in Fultondale, AL. Comparing the place with other places we stay, it was just OK. We were disappointed that they did not provide anything to eat in the morning. We stayed at other places during COVID-19 and we at least got a muffin and fruit, or something for breakfast. And the price was not reduced for not providing anything to eat. We will not stay here again.

The front desk receptionist Tracy. Was the most delightful and helpful lady I've met in a long time....she was completely full of happiness and kindness and went well beyond the call of duty to help....I can not thank her enuff. What a delightful lady!!!!
Love this place
First of all the staff is amazing. We had a issue with or room key and the front desk clerk Deborah went above and beyond too help us. I have never been to a hotel that has such a amazing staff. They seriously treat you like family.
Updates Needed... but clean
It was a nice place but needed updates. The gentleman checking us in looked like the fix it man instead of the front office clerk. He was very nice and friendly! The breakfast was plain. The bagels were HARD!!! They should of been tossed out 2 days ago.
