What a dirty dump. The place should be inspected by the government.

Room was very dirty. Pet hair and human hair everywhere. A gap in the door letting the cold air in. After we complained the long hair gray lady working the front desk just says " that's what you booked" Yes but its a mess. At 4:45am maintenance was outside our door shoveling snow from a snow fall that occurred three days before. WARNING!! Do not book this place. You will be disappointed and Disgusted.

We were in Jackson Point for a family funeral. We had a very nice stay. The lady at the front desk Teri and the manager were very friendly and helpful. Im sorry, I can't remember his name. We were a little late for dinner checking in, but they kept the kitchen open for us. We had a lovely meal and some drinks. We found our room lovely. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the lake, even though it was freezing outside. I have stayed in this hotel several times over the few years.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed

Do not waste your time or money at this place. The pictures and so called good reviews are not accurate. Please do not find out on your own. It seems liked they tried 10 years ago but have definitely failed. They know it’s bad and don’t seem to care.

We were attending a wedding and stayed at this hotel (motel). It served the purpose as the beds were comfortable. We needed to sleep 5 and stayed in the 2 bed "cottage" It was a large motel room with living room and kitchenette and 2 beds. Cottage it wasn't. We had a great breakfast the next morning, but it was quite expensive. As we had to drive 3 hours home we didn't quibble about it but the room was also quite expensive given the location (but reasonable in comparison to The Briars, the only other option) . We wouldn't stay there again by choice.

Unsafe and not as advertised

Wife and kids had to leave in the early evening because they did not feel safe. Run down. Not clean. Not as described or as the pictures portray. Highly recommend finding a different accommodation if you have a family or kids or just generally expect more from a motel. It’s not a resort, or a hotel, it’s a sleazy motel.
