I spent four weeks here for a temporary job The room was great with a nice kitchenette and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was the couch was not super comfortable to sit on but not a deal breaker The staff was super friendly and went out of the way to make my stay enjoyable The breakfast offerings had a broad array of choices and the gym was really nice Depending on the person doing the room cleaning it was either great or so-so but this was not a big deal for me

We booked two rooms for a three night stay. Our experience was flawless thanks to Ms. Sharon at the front desk. Her attentiveness went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She should be training employees at a regional level about inclusiveness and going the extra mile. Thank you!

The hotel is lovely, great location for the north shore area, and very new. Large rooms. Fantastic kitchens. Nice beds…all good with the exception of housekeeping - I’m not sure what happened but we stayed for 4 days and nights and asked multiple timed for the room to be cleaned and even though the desk told us it would be cleaned, we repeatedly came back to an in cleaned room. We had to ask for e tra soap, towels, etc. while the desk support was very nice, extremely nice, and the hotel was lovely, and we would consider staying again, the lack of attendance to the rooms is a real issue, and I hope it’ll be taken care of by management soon.

I was going to stay five nights but only booked for one night to try it because I heard it was bad. Was I glad I only reserved one night. I am moving to another hotel. The highlight of the visit was a staff member bursting in on me with no apology but giving me attitude that her list said I shouldn't be in the room. It started with me calling to see if I could check in early and getting a very rude response that check in was 3pm. If that was the only problem I would get that, COVID, short staffing, stressed people. But the room was dirty, the rest of the staff was rude and the just bursting into my room with no apology showed me how poorly this hotel is run. Stay anywhere else.

Not being cleaned

The bathrooms are not being cleaned. Our first room had soap scum and hair in the shower so I asked for a different room. The second one was even worse. There was yellow that looked like urine on the toilet seat that easily wiped off, soapy scum and hair in the shower. After two bathrooms that were obviously not cleaned we decided to go to another hotel. I had paid for the room with Marriott Bonvoy points so needed to get those put back into my account. After some discussion with the front desk (they said I needed to call Marriott to do this) they realized the manager could take care of it. Waited and waited while he/she took care of it in their office in back. At no point did the manager ever come out to talk with me. The person at the front desk, Sharon, was terrific through this entire fiasco. She was the one redeeming factor for the hotel. I will not be going back.
