O Hotel é bem confortável. A cama é excelente e o quarto bastante espaçoso. O café da manhã é muito bom e está incluído na diária. Tive problema com o banheiro, a pia estava entupida e a banheira era um pouco antiga. a localização não é muito boa,mas a região é muito bonita.
Bom hotel mas não é em Denver

Fiquei nesse hotel a trabalho. Muito bom Quartos espaçosos e bem equipados. Academia limitada. Tem uma piscina aquecida e um spa muito legal. O atendimento foi muito bacana. Quando usei a lavanderia do hotel à noite e fui conversar com a recepção e eles me deram algumas amenidades. Me deram até algumas cervejas. Fica perto do Outlet para fazer compras. Mas é em Boulder e não em Denver.
There are better places with the same price

I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone. The amount of noise in the room is just horrible. The refrigerator is making noise. The shower is clogged and no room service after our first night. One of the light bulb was not working and it was dark
Nice room for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and responsive to requests. Our refrigerator was not working and we had a new one within 30 minutes. The tub was slanted into the middle, did not drain, and was dangerous to stand in. We told the front desk when leaving-hopefully, that is not their standard tub. Breakfast was nice- choice of eggs, meat, potatoes each day (no waffles). We were charged for parking but then were credited for it when we mentioned it- check your invoice! Would stay here again- close to Red Rocks! No one was wearing masks.

Cons: Older hotel, needs improvement! We enjoyed this hotel in years past, but after this stay, we will not be back. It’s a shame to spend almost $200/night including taxes and parking and feel like it was wasted. If another hotel had been open, we would have switched. Upon arrival, we had a room with black mold in the shower. We were given a new room, but it had a dirty air conditioner, a broken toilet handle, bathroom doors that gapped when closed, a bathtub with rust in the bottom of it, the bottoms of both duvet covers were ripped, and there were black marks on the pillowcases. We were happy that there wasn’t any housekeeping due to Covid, but it’s quite obvious that they are understaffed. With all of the maintenance issues, I cannot even be sure the room was adequately sanitized. Also, by the time we got back from Red Rocks at night, there wasn’t any parking, although we paid a parking fee. Instead, we parked at the Holiday Inn next door.
Pros: Close to Red Rocks. Depending on what exit you leave from, you can be back in your room in 15 minutes. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and there is a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. We spoke with Hilton about the many issues and they have done their best to make it right.
