Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful, room was convenient and spacious. I really like Home2 Suites Hotel for its many breakfast choices and thoughtfully equipped rooms. The desk staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my rental car but could not reach the rental company.
Made me feel like so was at home

Nice, warm, clean, very friendly. Staying here makes to feel like I’m home away from home. The people were nice and warm, when people are traveling and they get off the road they want to get to their room as fast as they can. They were Prompt in getting us in our room.

Hotel was lovel and inviting upon arrival. Sergio and Vanessa hooked us up with a package deal including Epic Waters tickets that we were unaware of and saved us money! Couldn't be happier with the customer service and attention we received! Will stay again whenever we are in the area!
High price to pay for horrible customer service and employee problems. What they advertise is not what you get.

I was really shocked at how bad of an experience we had here... We came up to visit family due to a death in the family. Before I made the reservation I called the hotel to ask as I saw they had a BBQ area. I asked if the grills were clean and working. They said yes and this sold me on the place as we could have a BBQ for the family to get together. We get to the hotel at 1pm (check in time was 3) We were able to check in thru the app and pick our room. Which was awesome. But it said there was a problem and to stop by the front desk. So at 1pm we stopped by to get that taken care of. They said nothing needed to be done but our room wasn't ready yet but will be at 3. We said that was fine we were just doing what the app told us to do... 3pm we didn't get the alert that the room was ready so we stopped by the front desk and the guy at the front desk said our room was not ready. We asked if any other room we could switch to and he said no. So he found the cleaning lady and she said she would start to clean it but she needed 30 minutes. So we left and returned after 40 minutes... We followed the guy down the hall to check the status and we heard the lady tell him she needed another 10 minutes and "Shut up and leave me alone!" I felt really awkward at this point and we just sat in the lobby. At 4pm we were finally handed room keys. So we got into our room and unpacked. The dishwasher was running so I figured we would just put the dishes away in the morning. The room itself was amazing. We met up with family and when we got back into our room we wanted to take showers and clean up after a long day of driving. The shower sliding door was broken. So we had to try and get it to stay where it needed to be... Then I noticed there was no conditioner for my hair and no hand soap for the sink provided. So I went to the front desk and the lady stated that since they are a "green" property they don't provide conditioner as it's bad for the environment so you can request it here. She gave me 1 bottle and then I asked if it was the same for the hand soap? She looked at me and stated that it is in your room.. I said no there was none there.... She finally handed me a bar of hand soap. And I went back to our room. The next morning we went to breakfast and it literally was sandwiches or bowls that had to be microwaved. Nothing fresh... We have stayed in a lot of hotels that have lifted a lot of Covid restrictions and are serving fresh food again. Highly disappointed in this. Once we went back to our room I started putting the dishes away just to notice the dishes were still dirty. I'm not talking a little dirty... They needed to be scrubbed dirty. I looked all around for dish soap and a scruby there was nothing... So I went to the front desk to ask for it and she literally told me where it was in our room and to look for it there... I told her there was nothing there. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME then gave me the items I requested. Went back to our room and hand washed ALL the dishes as we planned to use these the following day. At this point we decided to check out the BBQ grills and get an idea for the get together. The BBQ grills were not kept up. They were in no condition to even be lit and they were really dirty. The ignition didn't work and my husband with the parts between the 2 grills could get 1 to function as there were missing parts. So we got 1 to work so we had to restructure what we were going to grill. The day of the get together everything went smoothly. The grill worked like a charm. After everyone left I went to the front desk for a bottle of conditioner and the guy couldn't locate one. He went to the second floor... He finally, after me standing there for 20 minutes, got my room# and said he would bring it to me. An hour later I was done waiting and took my shower without it... He called and told my husband he was still not able to find any and my husband just said it wasn't needed anymore. The following day we checked out and I did it through the app as it said it would email me the receipt upon check out, and it's been 2 days already and I had to request it. I usually never have an issue with Hilton. This place has a customer service issue and has low standards for the price you pay for the room. I am hoping this isn't the real standard for these hotels but I honestly don't think I will stay at one again.

Hotel was clean and front desk associate was friendly and inviting. Clean rooms and there’s breakfast and a small area to purchase drinks and snacks. The only negative was the road noise from travel on I-20. It’s fairly loud if you are a light sleeper so keep that in mind.
