Excellent Prompt Stop Over.
My small doggie was very happy to stay as well. She slept better on the floor than us. Very nice location, very close to freeway access in a minute or so. An excellent walk to In and Out Burgers within 4 minutes with stoplights. Best burgers for a long time.
Pleasantly surprised
Felt like the property was prepared very Covid safe. Room was actually fairly quiet and dark, small but it worked. Bed definitely on the soft side. Easily walkable to multiple restaurants and bars. They do not provide breakfast but do off a gym to use off property and free bike rentals. Certainly worked for us
Well worth the stay
Our family of 5 went river rafting on the Rogue River for 3 days and we needed 2 rooms for 2 different nights before and after the raft trip. I was having trouble making the arrangements via the internet so Melissa at the front desk was extremely helpful in walking me through the steps. Our visit went great without a hitch and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were clean, noise free and nice. The Hotel is situated right off the freeway and within walking distance of In and Out Burgers and a great pastry shop. Thanks Melissa.
Quick Stopover
I had a very quick stopover here. The hotel appeared to be serious regarding social distancing and amenities appeared to be curtailed due to the pandemic. My room was fine and upkeep appeared to be good. Interaction with staff at the front desk was positive. The location is pretty good with quick access to downtown and I-5.
Beautiful Property with Poor Management
The room was very nice. I stayed 6 nights which I had prepaid. This property is frequented by guests that stay up until early morning playing loud music and pacing the floors. I mentioned my concerns after the first night to management and was told that the problem would be addressed. This continued for the remainder of my stay. I then switched to another hotel for the remainder of my visit. When I inquired about this property I was told that this hotel attracts guests that tend to indulge in late night activities. This is unfortunate as it is clear that the property has undergone renovations that would make it a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price and good location.
