This hotel has been under construction for apparently years. Staff has very poor attitudes. getting amenities like towels or soap or even regular coffee to the room near impossible. No breakfast at all! Broken faucet head in one of the rooms. Door lock latch broken in another of our rooms. Floors were very sticky. Hotel guest were cooking in their rooms. Torn window screens. Fridge was not functioning correctly. Overall the service at this hotel was bad.

I came to Great Falls for a 2 week work assignment and booked 14 nights at this hotel. When I checked in I was told that on a stay that long I had to ask to get the room cleaned when I wanted that done. That was fine by me, I didn't need it cleaned every day. After 7 days (on a Thursday) I asked to have the room cleaned and the sheets changed the next day (Friday) and was told it would be done. When I got back to the hotel on Friday evening it hadn't been done. I asked again and was told it would be done on Saturday. I returned from work on Saturday and it hadn't been done. Finally, on Monday evening when I returned from work and it STILL hadn't been cleaned, I went down and got a set of sheets and a towel and did it myself. I sent a complaint to the corporate offices of Wyndham and they opened a case. Yesterday the hotel sent me a condescending email trying to place the blame on me for the room not being cleaned. I did what I was told to do...MULTIPLE times...and the hotel ignored me. When I come back the Great Falls for future work assignments I will absolutely NOT be staying at the Travel Lodge. Your mileage may vary, but I will be avoiding this hotel like the plague.

Under construction, dirty, door didn’t lock properly, random people walked in my room twice, soiled sheets, etc. I did not feel safe here. I expressed my concerns and the staff noted them but nothing was done to resolve any issues or make up for my experience.

Extremely run down and in disrepair, rooms and halls very dirty. Didn"t dare to take off your shoes until you were in bed. No breakfast as advertised, staff in tank tops with underwear showing. Security doors at ends of halls wouldnt close and the hardware was broken. TV reception was better in 1980!

Checked in and was told our reservation was cancelled but he did have one room left. No explanation for the cancellation and I showed him my email confirmation. Got to the room~ no towels, tv did not work, very dusty, and vinyl plank flooring was very dirty and needed mopping. Front desk personal took care of tv and towels. Next morning the blowdryer had sparks shooting out of it with no air. Personal brought me a new one. They appear to be going thru a long, slow reno. The halls were in desperate need of vacuuming and room numbers were laying all over the floor. Courtyard and pool closed. Great downtown location and nice parking garage. Elevater very slow. It was an average stay but the place could be nice with the right management and staff.
