We came up to visit our son with our dog. The room was perfect for our son to come and play board games with us! We enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. We appreciate all the cleaning staff for the wonderful job they do!

Three weeks and washer still out of order

No excuse for a washer (1of the 3) out if order for the three weeks I was there. Everytime I went to do laundry I had to wait as the other 2 were being used. This needs to be taken care of as it is a main reason many travelers stay with Candlewood.

If you are a coffee drinker, you may find coffee in the lobby, but there may not be stir sticks, napkins or creamer. If you ask for creamer, they may be out. If you have trouble sleeping when the in -room refrigerator motor becomes very loud in the middle of the night, and can accept the idea there may not be another room available, you'll do alright here. I just unplugged it. I saw half-dressed guests walking around the property, and just didn't really feel comfortable or treated like a guest.

I called the hotel and said I had to go on a night shift and I will arrive at the hotel in the monring to get my room. After my night shift I arrived at the hotel to find out I was checked in with my room I resevered for a Month, to be given to another guest and they did not care the least. I asked for a recipet to make sure I have not been charged for anything. I had to call my credit card company now to dispute the transaction. I stayed at Candlewood Inns all over Colorado and Wyoming with terrific stays, now to the extent how I been treated at the Greeley location, I will not be staying at any Candlewood Locations because of the Greeley Location.
